Why Not
I always order Smoothie from Earth Bar at Equinox, and in every branch it’s consistent — except in Marina. This branch is the worst by far. All three staff members here fail to meet the required standard: some add extra ingredients, others skip parts of the recipe, and none of them follow the proper rules.
Management can easily confirm this by checking the cameras — each employee makes the smoothie differently, with no consistency or quality control. This is unacceptable for a brand that is supposed to deliver the same product in every location.
Because of this, my friends and I will boycott this branch for one month as a warning period for management to fix this problem.

I seriously couldn’t choose what to get because everything looked awesome and healthy. Lots of vegan options, nutrient dense smoothies and grab and go items. Cashier was super nice and patient and made my drink quick. I love that they had grab and go energy bites in the fridge section as well.

I ordered a smoothie and an açaí bowl from here for the first time, and the woman working at the counter was very rude. She asked about the order without looking at my face, put the bag in front of me, and walked away. It was the employee with pink hair. I don’t think I’ll order from here again. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a rude Equinox employee.

Really fun location. Very lively, bright natural lighting, good amount of energetic people. It really motivates you to see a great crowd. Phenomenal customer service. Very kind lady and an attentive guy at the register. They were busy but the quality of the customer was great. they hired great people. They were friendly to locals and new people. Great work.

The smoothie are great here but a little over priced. It’s very convenient being inside Equinox. The staff are usually very friendly. Sometimes I get overcharged because the exact same smoothie I order can range from $7.95 to $9.95. It happened to me many times. I didn’t compliant, I just consider that as tip when they charge me the higher price. Also, the staff that has been there the longest knows how to make their smoothies better. The new staff makes it way too watery.
Get the Muscle Up with peanut butter (instead of almond butter), it tastes way better! Their acai bowl is pretty good, and it’s a big meal.

First of all, I had to look for the shop for 10 minutes because it didn’t say it was in the Equinox gym. Then when I went to buy my favorite acai bowl it had not brought my cards with me but I had cash they refused service. Although I was willing to give them a whole $20 for a $17 purchase. It’s beyond ridiculous how some stores have adopted a cashless policy and do not use the US legal tender! I’ll take my cash somewhere else.

Dori was an absolute goddess. She sold me on the Workout smoothie with a ton of protein, creatine and vitamins. She was SO helpful, professional, and trendy. I would marry this person.
