Enjoyed breakfast here. Food was excellent and our server was so sweet. She compted a drink because our food took some time and was encouraging about dry January that I was participating in. She was a gem. Will return but would advise to go early. We arrived just before the big crowd hit.

My wife and I had a fantastic breakfast here! Our server was very courteous and attentive. My dish called the Eagle was plentiful and absolutely delicious! The flavor combinations were on the mark!

If you’re going to come to this place and grab yourself some breakfast or brunch I strongly encourage you to bring your big boy pants, this place puts a massive portion in front of you. The bloody Marys are awesome The food is delicious and the gravy is definitely worth trying. When we came in some of this stuff didn’t seem the friendliest but the gentleman helping us out that work behind a bar was super kind and super helpful I took fantastic care of us. I’d encouraged the ladies at the restroom to smile a little more often and maybe act a little more polite so people feel a little more welcome but overall I would definitely come back just for the food and the ambiance

First time trying out Early Bird Breakfast Pub and we were really happy.
We had the Mimosas, Breakfast Mac and the Eagle Birds Nest! Our server was super helpful and the food was great!
Super excited to try out more items next time we are in town.

Good food but the wait time was funny. Took 20 minutes to be seated then took over an hour for food and the waiter was stretched thin and barely was around to order more drinks. If you’re not in a rush or hungry this place was a nice spot to catch up. Bar drinks were just ok not worth the price.

Early Bird Breakfast Pub in Springfield did not come to play. Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time — period.
Shane’s biscuits and gravy were unreal. Like, don’t-talk-to-me-until-I-finish-this good. I had the Loaded Birdseed (house-made granola, yogurt, fruit) and it was fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. The in-house granola is legit. And yes — the biscuit absolutely held its own.
We sat at the bar and Steve was top tier. Friendly, quick, kept the drinks full and hot, and made the whole experience even better. That kind of service makes you want to come back.
10/10. No notes. We’ll be back.

Recommended by a local. We got there a little later in the morning. Therefore, we had a 30-40 min wait. No problem! Grab a pitcher of Mimosas and stand outside to enjoy the great day. Our waitress was great and responsive. We got the Breakfast Sandwich, Eggs and Chorizo and Uncle Cheese. The garlic parmesan sour dough bread really set off the Uncle Chesse. I will say if you are a cheese freak like me, ask for extra cheese. Both sandwiches were delicious. The Chorizo had good spice and not too greasy. I definitely recommend Early Bird style on anything. The sweet potato nuggets were really sweet and crispy… very good. There are lots of options on the menu and everything looked intriguing. I would recommend giving it a try.

The service and atmosphere were both great. The staff was extremely friendly and did a great job despite how busy it was. The food was well cooked but none of it tasted seasoned at all. It was still good though, and the sausage links and sweet potato tots were some of the best I’ve ever had. The gravy was not made from scratch but hardly anywhere does. I definitely plan on going back to try more things.

Our server was pleasant and attentive. We ordered the breakfast mac n cheese and the biscuits and gravy breakfast. They allowed us to substitute the meat in the b&g breakfast with sweet potato tots.
The b&g breakfast: Sent back b&g because we ordered it with regular (non-sausage) gravy. We sent it back a second time because the biscuits were burnt and hard. The 3rd try biscuits were dry, but serviceable. Skip the sweet potato tots. They’re not a good as they sound.
The Mac n cheese: Was good. Huge portion.
HOWEVER
Everything was bland. This restaurant is afraid of salt. The mac could have been stellar, but needed salt throughout.
The eggs and b&g were in the same unsalted boat. Bland.
Not worth the money we paid overall ($39 before tip).

Husband and I had ‘brunch’ here. Both had bloodys which were good. Had the bagel and lox sliders, very good! Ian at the bar was a great bartender. Nice atmosphere, music allows you to talk. Will definitely come back!
