We had a really great experience overall at this international fusion spot. We ordered the shrimp pork dumplings, the Deluxe Burger, Baja Tacos, and the Mango Smoke Show Margarita. The dumplings were packed with flavor, the burger was cooked perfectly, and the margarita was a standout; smoky, fruity, and beautifully balanced.
The only slight disappointment was the Baja Tacos. They were good, but didn’t quite live up to the high expectations we had for a restaurant of this caliber.
Service was very good; attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in the state to explore more of the menu.

We were celebrating my son’s college acceptances at CU Boulder and DU and had a wonderful evening. In town from Atlanta, we didn’t really know where to go – but we found very positive reviews and many options on the menu that were sure to please my son. We shared birria tacos and wagyu pressed sushi as appetizers, both delicious. I also had a gem caesar which was very fresh. for mains, my son had the deluxe burger and I had the blackened salmon. I replaced the rice with extra greens as I can’t have the extra carbs (diabetes)…. the salmon could have had a little less blackening spices and been a little less cooked… but I forgot to ask for the fish rare, so no big deal. The real treat of the evening was our server, Ava, who gave my son the inside scoop on Boulder. While he had already met some of my friends who attended years ago and/or lived in the area, the perspectives from Ava as a recent grad were invaluable. She went out of her way to give him insights and we were grateful for her thoughtful answers to our questions!

Fantastic dinner! Showed up in time for Happy Hour and had the Nashville Chicken and Pickle skewers – they were absolute fire! And the pork chops definitely can’t be missed – Cheyenne was a fabulous server, super sweet, great recommendations and all around awesome service!

If you’re looking for a spot where the atmosphere is as polished as the service, Earls remains a top-tier choice. During my recent visit, the food was consistently delicious—the Korean dish had the perfect kick—but what truly elevated the evening was our server, Dixon.
Dixon struck that rare, perfect balance of being professional yet genuinely personable. He was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and offering spot-on menu recommendations. It’s rare to find service that feels this effortless. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for his section!

A small group of us came in for dinner on a weeknight. We made reservations, which is a good thing as they were quite busy when we arrived. Our server, Linda was FABULOUS! She was very helpful and attentive and she kept a good eye on our party. She also was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent service.
The menu was loaded with many appetizing options, it was tough to decide. I chose their Spicy Calabrian Pasta and I have to say it was FABULOUS! Actually, just returned from a couple of weeks in Italy recently and the flavors of this pasta rivaled some of the better pasta dishes I had there! I got it with the add-on of chicken and at Linda’s suggestion, I tried it blackened. I didn’t think the flavors would work with the Calabrian pasta’s sauce, but they totally worked great together! And that chicken was easily the most tender, moist chicken breast I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Most of the time restaurant’s chicken breast add-ons are dry and flavorless, but not this one!
My wife got the Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini and those the pasta and sauce were fabulous, she said the shrimp and scallops were not good at all, they were over-cooked. She didn’t complain about this, because she enjoyed the pasta so much and was full from eating just it.
They have a nice wine and cocktail list as well and we enjoyed items from it during our stay. Save room for dessert, their Key Lime pie is excellent! It’s definitely better than most restaurants I’ve had it at.
Overall, this was a much better experience than the one I had at a different Earl’s a few years ago. I’ll definitely revisit an Earl’s location again based on this dinner!

Piotr was an amazing server for our table. I ordered the vegan crispy chili tofu and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I also got a strawberry hibiscus mocktail. Great food, came out fast, server was attentive, and vibes were immaculate.

It was a nice crisp autumn afternoon and the patio was perfect for me and my pup. I had to look at the menu for two seconds since the miso glazed Chilean sea bass was a no brainer. It was easily one of the best preparations of this dish that I’ve ever had. It might be in my top 5 fav dishes in Denver. They even cooked my pup Luna an unseasoned piece of chicken. Ive been here before but this restaurant seems better than ever.

First of all the atmosphere and aesthetic alone was so tea. Drinks were absolutely fabulous of course I had a filthy martini and everyone was gorgeous! Especially our lovely server Roan, that smile and skin is insanely beautiful. Anyways his personality and attentiveness were the real stars, drinks never empty unlike our stomachs. I had the 7oz with the salmon press and started with the corn dip. Absolutely Divine. If you go in ask for Roan and you won’t be disappointed!
