If you’re hungry and like old school dive bars, do not pass up Earle’s. They serve up one of the best tasting bacon cheeseburgers I’ve ever had.
Great selection of ice cold beers and the barmaid was excellent. You can smoke inside if you like.

Very impressed by the quality of food I got even though I only ordered a ham and cheese fried sandwich for brunch. Maranda is an absolute awesome bartender training a new bartender for an all around good experience so thank you for a great meal and break from reality. Make sure you stop by here for a quick meal. We decided to try this place on the way home from Adamstown. I have passed by it many times over the years but never stopped. As we walked in it was definitely a local place, we got some looks but everyone was friendly. The staff was great and very attentive to our needs. The place has real character. The only issue is the smoke, it was pretty dense so be forewarned. There are signs outside that state such so it is not their issue. We ordered our food and drinks. The server was great. Three of us had burgers. They were very very good. The fourth person ordered the steak special. I wasn’t sure how that would be but it turned out very good. My friend stated it was prepared exactly as he wanted and it was a good quality steak that he enjoyed very much. The cook even came out to make sure all was good, a nice touch. The smoke is an issue but as I said they are open about it. If you can tolerate the smoke go it is well worth it. Great food at a reasonable price with good service.

Wasn’t sure as we walked in but glad we stayed. Karaoke night was fun to listen to and my husband said he would definitely come back for the fried oyster sandwich. Great food and people all around.

We got a couple of beers and a long island. We also tried out the BBQ wings. The food was good – LOADED with sauce. Beers were good. The long island was just okay. It tasted mostly of Coke and didn’t have much alcohol in it but for $6, it is what it is.
The parking lot is pretty big but it fills up on Friday evenings.
The 1 star deduction is mainly for the smell of the bar. This is a place where people smoke inside of the bar, so when you leave, you leave reeking of cigarettes. Our son Febreezed us when we got home but we could still smell traces of smoke the next morning. All of our jackets/clothing had to be launderd to remove the smell.
