Great little establishment with delightful desserts and wine. The team was very accommodating and pleasant. We need to go back and try their main dishes as well however I can tell you each dessert was AMAZING

The only complaint I have is that they’re not open more days!

What a find! We had the best dinner. Wonderful atmosphere. Great music. Such a beautiful view at sunset. Meant to take a picture of my dinner and forgot so I took a pic of cleaning my plate! Fresh baked cookies topped off our excellent meal. Cannot wait to come back in the summer for the outdoor pizza oven. Friendly, personal service. Beautiful setting. Delicious wine. Thank you, Lori, it was worth the drive from far away! Perfect date night♡

Amazing setting, impeccable service, delicious food. Eagletree restaurant is a must.

It’s located just north of Leesburg off of rt. 15. You will be on a country road (unpaved) for about a 1 mile or so. Once you arrive there is ample parking.

The atmosphere is what I call upscale country. The restaurant is located in custom build structure surrounded by pastures and fresh smell of country air.

Once inside, it’s a relatively small place with approximately 15 tables. Our server was Lorri, who actually the owner. She is wonderful, makes you feel like you’re at her home for dinner.

The place has a short menu. We ordered steak, chicken, and fish. Every dish was superb, seasoned to perfection with a touch of spices berries and apples. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and it tasted like a grass-fed beef should taste, delicious!
The wine was very nice.
This restaurant is special and I highly recommend it!!!

Eagle Tree was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, scenic, and inviting — perfect for a weekend unwind. I picked up a bottle of their Port, and it’s hands down one of the best wines I’ve had in a long time. Rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced. You can taste the craftsmanship in every sip. Between the setting, the service, and that wine, it’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Such a gem! Restaurant was highly recommended and we decided to give it a try. Small and absolutely amazing menu. Everything is fresh and delicious. It feels that Lori and Jeff put love in every meal they serve. Local wine was very good. Will be back! And thank you for making our night special!

The reason why I gave 2 stars to this place regarding the food is because they sell a fake filet mignon, yes, you are reading correctly. While the service was great, the place was beautiful, and the food tasted good, we were disappointed when my husband tried the filet mignon. We eat a lot of steaks and we usually eat them at home as we like good quality stakes but he decided to give them a try. Immediately, he noted that it wasn’t as tender as these steaks are. I tried it, and I noticed the same. Then we saw a lot of fat on the corner of the steak plus it wasn’t round shape. At that point, we were sure that it wasn’t a filet mignon. Some restaurants, like this one, use the shoulder cut that looks similar and sell it as a filet mignon. My food was good, I asked for the short ribs. We will not be back due to this bad experience. It is really sad that restaurants are doing this practice as it wasn’t cheap. If you decide to try this place, do not ask for the filet mignon. Try something else.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after visiting this winery. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Their attitude was cold and dismissive, with no effort made to welcome or engage us—as if we were bothering them just by being there. The atmosphere felt more like an exclusive club that didn’t want outsiders, rather than a place that claims to value visitors.

Unfortunately, the poor service completely overshadowed the wine itself. We ended up leaving early and continued our day just around the corner at Fabbioli Cellars, where we were immediately met with friendly faces and a warm, welcoming environment.

There are far better wineries in the area—do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Editing to respond to your response.
I’m genuinely disappointed by the way you’ve chosen to respond to our review—though, based on how you’ve handled other unfavorable feedback, I can’t say I’m entirely surprised. Rather than addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy, your response included personal attacks and misinformation, which only reinforces the negative experience we had at your establishment.

Let’s clarify the facts:

On June 8, a reservation for a party of 8 was made via Google Assistant. A follow-up call was made the same day to confirm the reservation and to ask whether we could potentially add a few more guests at a later time once everyone had the opportunity to RSVP. We were told this would be fine.
During that call, we were informed of your limited menu. We asked if we could bring cheese and crackers along with a birthday cake, and were told that would be acceptable.
On June 22, we received a text from Lori confirming the reservation for a “Birthday Party” and explicitly approving the cake. Based on the earlier conversation, we reasonably assumed the cheese and crackers were also approved.
You claim we arrived with 12 people unannounced. However, Lori confirmed via text that 12 guests would be fine. This was not a surprise or a last-minute change on our part.
We did not bring “multiple trays of food.” We brought a small case and a Tupperware container with cheese and crackers, which were ultimately discarded due to your change in stance.
As for decorations, we brought a few balloons, napkins, and flowers to celebrate a birthday. We were respectful of your space and cleaned up everything afterward.
Your claim that we left after an hour without ordering is false. We arrived at noon and stayed until after 2:00 PM, as shown on our receipt. We ordered two pizzas and two bottles of wine and tried to enjoy a low-key celebration despite the uncomfortable atmosphere.
We came to your establishment in good faith to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, the way we were treated and the tone of your public responses have left a lasting negative impression.

We were here on a Saturday afternoon. The place is quiet and lovely, I recommend this place for casual hang out but not for a date or family outings as the indoors r very packed.

Coming to the food, they have mastered excellence in cooking craft and the taste of each dish was very impressive starting from the starters to the main course.

The short ribs were melting, arancini was amazing, pasta was perfect, Brussel sprouts was done very well and the fries were good. The wine taste, just like all other wine yards, they had good wine.

One of the best Harvest Host stays we’ve ever had, the owners were so friendly and accommodating even after we arrived later than planned, they even threw in a wood fired oven pizza for us. Their cab blend wine was just wonderful, as was the pizza, it was a perfect way to end a very long travel day.

First let me make it clear that you shouldn’t expect a winery as you used to go with plenty of wine options and charcuterie boards with cheese and grape. NO, you are going to a cozy restaurant which is located in a magnificent location by a nice vineyard and yes makes its own wine. I believe you should go there to ENJOY their food rather than having a glass of wine which in this case there are many other options out there but their food is something different. everything even the bread they serve is made in house and soooo fresh and packed with flavors. their chicken pasta was very delicious and their arancini was one of the best I ever had. they have a full bar which you can order what ever drink you want and this to me is a huge plus. on top of all this was the owner “Lori”, an amazing lady with a beautiful soul. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
