Took my brother-in-law to the Eagle’s Nest for lunch on his recommendation. It is an average diner atmosphere family restaurant where everybody is welcome.

Stopped in for a milkshake, and received a warm family feeling along with service that felt like my aunt bringing me a beer while sitting on the couch watching football with my family only it was a waitress bringing me a very tasty shake, followed up by the owner asking me if everything met my expectations to which I replied” yes and beyond, thank you so much for the hospitality”. Then he welcomed us back. I will certainly return! That warm family feeling is worth its weight in gold and if your not careful you could lose most of your afternoon kicking the Bobo with the usuals.

My kids got breakfast. Burnt scrambled eggs and a pancake so thin and tough we needed a knife to cut it. I got a club which took so long to receive, everyone was almost done with their food. It had nasty utility cheese and ham topped with uncooked bacon. I’ve had gas station food better than this.

The food is awesome. The hamburger is actually hot when it arrives at your table and the coffee is fantastic. The service is great and together the service and atmosphere makes the meal worth the money.

Good home cooking dining experience. The staff has always been very friendly, old-time dining counter seating, booths, and tables. Love breakfast here. Good menu selection of standard family, home cooking restaurant faves. One thing to note, they are a cash only restaurant. They have an ATM on site, but no cards or checks are accepted. Be prepared if you operate outside of cash like we do. We were almost caught without a means of payment!

We waited for a long time to be put on the list for service, when she finally showed up she started at the end which put 2 tables in front of us. Took 45 minutes for our food. Food tasted horrible . Waitress was nowhere while we waited. The guy who was seated after us got up and left. We had a bad experience the only other time we ate there too. I don’t normally do reviews but feel people need to be aware.

What a pathetic experience, I can’t wait for this place to go out of business. First I walk in and I stand there for 20 minutes and I am ignored, meanwhile the people next to me informed me there was a list but the hostess had let two families cut in front of them ignoring the list, and they had been waiting forever. Finally after 30 minutes I am seated and I sit in the booth for well over an hour without ever receiving my meal well every single person around me gets their food eats and leaves. So I literally spent well over an hour and a half in this business and never got any of my food or anything I ordered. This place is absolute garbage to say the least.

If you are looking to be frustrated and underwhelmed then this is the place for you. Took my wife here for breakfast. Waited an hour to receive our food. It simply never came. Other people who sat down after us ate and left. We were told by management they can not control when the food comes out of the kitchen. Well good luck with that and god bless. But made sure we paid for our water and Apple juice. Checked 3 times just to make sure.
