Everything was 10/10. We came in with 5 adults and 3 kids and got a table right away. Our waitress was so friendly and sat us/accommodated us right away. It looked like she was the only person on service and did not miss a beat. The drinks were fantastic! We got a few specialty drinks along with a few beers. When we were sat it looked like the place started picking up but we rarely waited long for anything, even when our food came out a little after the table before us the kitchen wrote a sorry note saying it would be right out. Special touch in my opinion. My daughter ordered the mozzarella sticks which I think were beer battered and some of the best we’ve had. My other daughter ordered the kids tenders which was a very gracious size and also tasted amazing. I ordered the crab fries which were giant and plenty for myself and the rest of the table to have. They were a little undercooked on the inside portion but perfect to recook and come out as a second meal! Absolutely no complaints. We loved the atmosphere as well. The kids thought the way the food arrived from the kitchen was the coolest part. Highly recommend. Can’t remember our waitresses name but she was fantastic!

Highly recommend the Mac and Cheese and Wings. The wings were amazing,chicken comes right off the bone, cooked perfectly with seasoning and they put the sauce on the side so you can dip or pour to your liking. They told me 30 minutes and it was ready when I got there. Huge wings which makes it even better. You guys did a great job.

Morgan is great. She is both pleasant and efficient. Food is good and we had to have the crabby fries which did not disappoint! Nice beer selection which is obviously dominated by Yuengling.

I’m staying the weekend because I have a race this Sunday, and couldn’t decide on food and ended up ordering DoorDash pickup from here. I ordered the duck wontons and some Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. I just finished eating it and this was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was SO GOOD. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. I’m saving this to my favorites and telling all of my friends. Absolutely amazing food. I’m not sure when I will be back after this weekend, but when I do come back, I will definitely order from this place again!

Great local tavern that my son and I visited while in Pottsville. We were both pleasantly surprised when we saw Yuengling Black & Tan on tap. We enjoyed a few pints and soaked up the unique architecture and beer signage on all of the walls. Visiting is like taking a step back in time.

Eagle tavern food review here. Everything was amazing, accept their fries.. they were a little soggy, and not just didn’t taste right. It was my first time here ordering out.. but everything else I ordered was phenomenal! . Literally the duck bacon and sweet corn won tons. To die for! Comes with a homemade chili sauce. Best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be going back to try other menu items. Especially their clams!.

A few people from work and I decided to grab a drink after work here on Halloween. Let me tell you we had a blast! Our bartender “Captain” Morgan (yes her costume was a pirate and so was the other bartender, very awesome) was polite, professional and super bubbly. All great things you want in a good bartender. When we arrived it wasn’t packed yet, but people slowly started pouring in, in costume. The atmosphere switched seamlessly, and Morgan flowed right with it. Taking care of everyone with her first mate, while keeping communication open with those who had to wait. Drinks/shots were smooth, and punctual. Deff going back

Only thing I didn’t like was they don’t serve Rolling Rock Beer! Everything else was nice. Great bar to go to!
