We placed a 7 pizza order on New Years Eve. I got my order and went home only to find out that they had given me the entire wrong order – not one pizza was what I had ordered. My husband called back and explained what had happened. The manager said they would remake the order that night but we did not want to drive back to town. The manager then said that they would make the order for a different day, to just call and let them know.
Fast forward to today. We called they said they were unable to locate anything about our order. The owner then said he would not honor the entire order but “in good faith” would do 4 pizzas today. As a small business owner that is bad business. The fact that he basically called us liars and then went back on his word speaks volumes about how that business is ran. I would rather pay $25 a pizza than do business here. I would encourage anyone needing pizzas seek to support a business that runs with integrity and customer first attitude.

My boyfriend and I love getting pizza from here! It’s always fresh, fast, with plenty of the toppings. The orders have been wrong on occasion, but never majorly and the kids that work there always make it right. Super respectful kids, which as a 20 year old myself that says something that I mention it lol. Even when dealing with difficult customers, I’ve always seen them treat the customers with respect and do the best they can to mitigate the issues that arise. Definitely recommend!!

Pizza was delicious. Very affordable. It was ready quickly. They’re conveniently located for me. The kid at the drive through window didn’t seem very enthusiastic but who is at work? Maybe he was having a bad day. I bet if he ate some of the pizza it would put a smile on his face because it put a smile on mine. Definitely recommend.

Ordered pizza through Grub Hub, waited over an hour and then when the driver got there, they had just started making it. Driver reported that they weren’t busy. Waited over two hours for a pizza. Will not order from here again. Too slow, not worth the price.

Doesn’t give accurate delivery times. Then you call for an update and they say um uh ya shouldn’t be too much longer. This is after waiting an hour that they quoted during check out. Food is sub par at best. Customer service is worse. Brock Brody Cody Jody whoever is managing this business needs some serious training in customer service front facing and over the phone.

I love the food but the staff never answer the phone for pick up orders. I called one day for a hour. Finally someone answered and she said even though they had been open for a hour, that no cooks had showed up and she couldn’t make anything. They lost my business and I went to another pizza place that day.

I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. A whopping 4 MILES FROM THE RESTAURANT, and over 2 hrs later I’m having to make my 2nd call to ask where the hell my food is. First time was told the delivery driver was in route to my house. Call back 30 minutes later and they said it’ll be here in 14 minutes because he was already out. So when I asked him how they’re gonna make this right she said I can add in another cinnamon sticks to your order which let me catch her in a lie because the orders never left the store. And when I asked to speak with the manager or how they’re gonna make this right I got told nothing that she was as “close to a manager as I was going to get.” So I will be paying a visit to this store in person tomorrow to speak with the store manager. Do NOT use this place. Seems like it’s ran by Gen Z.
