Great new little place except it’s not exactly little — the hall in the back looks gigantic and well-appointed … A cafe plus! Good cooking, quiet, tidy. Stop in, especially all you locals! It’s owned and run by one !

They have good food at a good price. Staff is very friendly. The only thing thats a disappointment is at times the parking is difficult due to the place being expaned from what it was designed originally for so. Granted there is plenty of parking across the street as well.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was so good and truly homemade, you can taste the love in every bite. The omelette was cooked perfectly, fluffy and full of flavor. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made just right. On top of that, the service was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, an incredible place with great food and great people. I’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed the corned beef hash/skillet at the Eagle Cafe and it was the best I have had in the area. Coffee was good as was the service. Clean and inviting, I will be back!

Great little diner conveniently located across from the Trigs plaza. Just opened and we gave it a try today for lunch. Prices are good and the menu covers all the expected diner foods. Service was prompt and friendly; I drank my water down 4x (normal for me) and my glass was never allowed to run dry even though we were in a corner booth out of direct sight. Staff were all assisting each other smoothly. I am always willing to extend some extra grace to a new place as they learn to finetune the operation but these folks clearly have it figured out. Dishes were bussed so promptly from the dining area that we privately joked they must be tight on supply.
I had liver and onions, and it was great. Cooked properly, good portion and onions were just right. Fries are lightly battered and tasty. Not overdone like many places will serve you. Finishing my fries was NOT a chore. Salad was probably the weak point of my meal but nothing was wrong with it – it was a diner salad is all.
Wife had the Route 66 burger and enjoyed it overall but felt the bun could be upgraded. She also had the veggie soup and that was pretty awesome. I tried it upon her prompting and it had a rich smooth base to it that made me think it has to be chicken or beef broth in there to prop it up so well. Very tasty and savory. Seasoning was perfect.
We’ll go here again. We don’t like to eat out often but when we do the Eagle Cafe is on our list to visit again.
