Pretty Good. Pulled pork was tender and moist without a lot of fat. Price had a $20 sticker shock, but everything at Copper Mountain ain’t cheap. They did have a $5 special for PBR which was nice. Fries were very crispy as well.

Cook recommended the BBQ bacon burger and it was a hit! The BBQ here is amazing and you can smell it from all around the central village. They unfortunately were between rib batches when we arrived but the brisket was an amazing substitute. The BBQ sauces are true to their title. Great spot for BBQ on the mountain.

BBQ restaurant located in Copper Mountain center village area. The food including the BBQ and the sides was surprisingly good for ski slope fare. It was served cafeteria style and the lines moved quickly. There were about 20 tables indoor and maybe 10 outside, but the place wasn’t crowded. I would estimate that 75% of all the tables were families with kids. They had good, if expensive, kids’ meals. Several types of sauces including a white sauce (some combination of citrus and vinegar) for the chicken that I hadn’t heard of before were all good. The biggest downside of the place was the price, with pulled pork sandwiches at $20 with a side. Kids meals were $16. They have beer, wine and alcohol, but it is similarly priced. The prices weren’t out of line at the resort, but are still a shock. Nonetheless, this may be the most popular family restaurant at the resort, with no waiting for the food a big plus. One note, if you visit in the summer, the place is closed.

Awesome bbq! Tender ribs literally fall off the bones, love their bbq sauce and homemade ketchup. Brisket and saudage are decent too. Price is fair given where they are located.

This is a little hidden gem at Copper Mountain. Seriously one of the most delicious bbq spots I’ve had in Colorado. I came here one night after snowboarding with a few friends and hitting the terrain parks so we were running on empty as far as calories go. We decided to stop by and live a little. Boy, oh boy, did we live. I ordered the 2 meat platter consisting of brisket, ribs, and mac & cheese. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly to the point that it didn’t even need BBQ sauce in my opinion. One of my friends got a brisket sandwich and the other a pulled pork sandwich – they both were raving about their selections. Anyways, if you’re in the area and in the mood for BBQ – look no further – this is your spot.

Tasted great and the meat was high quality. I got the half rack of ribs which were actually reasonably priced given the location. Also the absolute cheapest drinks at Copper, beating the prices of all other bars at Copper. If you want comparably cheap drinks then this is definitely the place to be.

Went in to order two Pacifico beers. When the total came up as $7 a beer, I told the bartender it said $5 on the sign. He scoffed at me and told me I was wrong. I went out took the picture attached and brought it back to him. He told me that wasn’t his hand writing and insinuated someone forged it. Sorry sir, but I do not carry chalk with me for saving $2 a beer. Bad review since they put out special prices outdoors and then do not honor the price once you are inside.

I didn’t take any pictures because we did take out and I didn’t realize how awesome it was going to be. We ordered our first night in copper and got pulled pork sandwiches, brisket sandwich, burnt ends, ribs and chicken tenders. Absolutely everything was awesome. The French fries were also perfect. The spicy bbq sauce is incredible and I found myself grazing on leftovers just to eat more sauce.

There is nothing better than BBQ after a morning in the trees. The brisket was delicious. The location is convenient, right off the American Eagle lift. Nice dining area to relax and rest the legs with a beer or two at the end of the day too. I have now been here many times on the weekends. The food is always great. Besides the brisket the pulled pork and ribs are also excellent. For the sides, all of them are good, but I really like the fries and baked beans. When I’m not in the mood for BBQ, I usually go for the fish and chips and this option is good. My wife loves the large salad with meat, usually opting for the pulled pork or turkey. If you into whiskey, the selection and prices are some of the best I have seen anywhere. Weller 12 year for $10!

My wife and I have lived at Copper for the last few years. We were very excited to see these guys come over from Vail to start a BBQ joint at our home mountain. We heard great things about their last restaurant, and on our first visit here, we hope they stick around a long time! Now to the review: Simple interior decorating in true BBQ joint form, quick made to order setup, five feet from ski slope, average resort pricing, SUPER TASTY Q! Large portions, great sauces, mellow atmosphere.
