I’d love to be able to review the food, but all I can review is the service. The place closes early at random, and refused to serve us even though their hours stated they’re open for another hour and there were staff there.
Either serve your customers within your stated hours or update your hours to be correct. I’ll go elsewhere for Thai.

I work downtown and used to go to their brick and mortar restaurant for years. Loved it. Except the food at the cart is wildly inconsistent and my lunch today was awful. I ordered Pad Gra Prow which is essentially a stir fry with basil…with the basil being the highlight of the dish. What I got was chicken, tough green beans, and green peppers drowning in chili oil and NO BASIL. None. Also, just the tiniest scoop of soggy rice. My entrée wasn’t even edible because of the chili oil…not exaggerating that there was probably a 1/2 cup of oil in my dish.
This is the second time they’ve omitted the basil when I’ve ordered this dish and some of my other orders were just marginally better…not going back. There’s options and for the price, I’ll eat somewhere else.

I used to be a big fan of E-San Thai when they had a brick and mortar store downtown on 2nd Avenue. This cart however, is garbage. I just returned to the cart after taking my lunch out. I ordered green curry MILD and got yellow curry HOT. The last visit I got moldy broccoli in my order. When I explained that I must have received the wrong item, the man was completely dismissive and offered no remedy whatsoever. I ended up throwing the salty, spicy dish into the garbage. There are three carts on this corner. Now I know the reason why there is no line at E-San. I do not advise going here, and I will not be back!!!

Had the yellow curry and it was sooo goooooodd . Definitely will be coming back. Was a bit hesitant due to the low reviews but I had a good experience when I went. The portions are quite big so it’s great because it’s my dinner too .
