Love the chicken pad Thai. The chicken is soft and tender and thin cut and they use chili flakes, not just hot oil, so much better. The lady working was very friendly and the food didn’t take long and was extremely hot and fresh. Portions are very large, so plenty of leftovers, making it a good value.

I was in the mood for a salad roll with a good peanut sauce and this place delivered. I couldn’t have asked for a better roll… It was fresh, crunchy (with basil!) and it was wrapped in a lettuce leaf that held it all together. The peanut sauce was spicy and warm, the perfect accent for the cold, crunchy salad roll. All together A+!!!

E-San is an amazing restaurant. Top-notch food and amazing service. It’s the kind of place you walk into and realize, “Oh. I’m home.”
The owners are incredible too! The crew has been slinging Thai food since ‘99, so they absolutely know their stuff.
Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend! Love this place.

Pad Thai noodles are like lasagna noodles, terrible and floppy. I never get lunch out, I always eat at home. The one time I do I feel bummed. Suggest they use the same noodle as advertised on the pad Thai. Since all there menus show the normal noodle. I won’t be back. Threw the 20$ lunch away! Thanks

Pad thai is okay, avoid the soup. It was a BOWL OF SALT. too salty, never having it again. Pot stickers were okay but over cooked. Disappointed.

It’s always a great experience stopping in for food or just a quick snack. The service is so friendly and kind, the food is incredible, and the Thai tea is a treasure. Best food truck at Hillsboro Station

I’ve only had the pad thai here and it was alright. But I do come back for their thai iced tea every time. Made perfectly!

Very bland thai food. Drunken noodles had no flavor or salt, just basic ingredients thrown togather nothing special at all. Zero spice wasnt even asked, the spring rolls were decent but nothing to write home about the sweet chili sauce was pretty much water very bland as well.

I went here to pick up dinner with a friend. I was excited to see this Thai place because I have eaten at other locations and it was good but I was disappointed at my meal of Pad Kee Mao with Chicken, no egg. I told the guy I wanted mild spice because Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) is supposed to be fried with chili oil so I didn’t want it too spicy and sometimes they have a heavy hand with the spice. The food came out in good time and it was piping hot. When eating it, the veggies ( green bell peppers and broccoli) were under pretty cooked. The noodles were almost over cooked and gummy. The basil was so overcooked you couldn’t taste it. Also, the overall flavor was bland– no spice at all. At least the portion size was good.

Pretty poor and tasteless food. We ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken drunken noodles. Both the dishes were just a lump of flavorless carbs with little to no protein…..
we’ve tried e-San at their restaurant and other carts which have way better food.
