Really just not good. We ordered three things to go, and all were unsatisfactory. Tofu Pad See Ew was barely cooked and had no sauce… Seriously noodles like leather and cold crunchy carrots and brocc. Pumpkin Curry was mush and some kind of weird spice mix. Rice was dry/crunchy. The third thing I can’t remember the name of was bland but too spicy if that makes sense. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place at all.

The red curry chicken was amazing. I asked for extra veggies and was not disappointed. The spice level was perfect, and the temperature was steaming. So glad I found this place. I showed up before opening time, but the lady was happy to accommodate. Great value at $12.

They never disappoint! I got pineapple fried rice with extra veggies and cashews and no meat, an order of garden rolls w/tofu and crab puffs (5). The flavor is good. You can taste the sauces, spices and flavors of the food well. My pic only shoes two crab puff because the other 3 I ate on my way home. Also the portion sizes are good and fair. So good!!

Grabbed a to-go lunch from here. Food was good. Lots of vegetarian options and meat options. Tried Veg Fried rice and Pad Kee Mo with tofu. Both tasted good. Medium spice level hit the spot. Parking is challenging as it is in middle of the town. This is a food cart so no seating options. Portions were good though prices were little higher for a food-cart ~17/dish

One of our favorite Thai food places in the area. The flavors are incredible and the service is fast. Our daughter will be like ‘you guys need to get a beer a Trap…’ this means she wants some Pad See Ew. Everything here is solid!

Really solid Thai food. The vegetables were fresh, the sauce was extremely flavorful and spicy (I had the pad prik khing), and the portions were really large. The Thai iced coffee was not overly sweet, which is sometime the case at other Thai places; they also made it with coconut milk for me so it was vegan. The vibes are really nice here, I love this little food cart nook. Fast service too. Would recommend.

I was so disappointed by my Pad Thai, it lacked flavor and just tasted like fish oil sauce & noodles. I was surprised too, because I’ve loved going to the E-San location in Downtown Portland numerous times before. This was my first time at this Vancouver one, and it was horrible. The employees were very kind though, but the food was not as tasty.

My boyfriend has never been to Vancouver, & so we took a trip and I was telling about all the food trucks that are here in the city. We came across this food truck and ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai (#60) So spicy and so good, and the lady who helped check us order was sweet

Man after reading all these 5 star reviews I thought finally this would be my go to for great Thai food in Vanvouver; but hmmm it missed the mark in several ways.
Frist when I went to order. I asked if the pumpkin Curry was vegan….. and i got a quick retort tofu or veggies? I asked once more is it vegan and again got an even quicker response tofu or veggies? So I guess its vegan although it was never confirmed. Then I requested no bell peppers and for every thing I said the woman kept saying ok sir she must have said sir to me three or four times. Any way it was just odd she seemed like she was not in a great mood.
Now the food i asked for extra spicy in the pumpkin Curry and man they delivered with hot and spicy it was perfect. However the curry was too watery and they put very few veggies in there. A good handful of big chunks of pumpkin that was good. Other then that it was just a few carrot slices and a few tiny broccoli florets… but it wasn’t the whole florets just a small cut of it like 1/4 slice of a floret… it would have been much better had they put a bunch more veggies. Especially since I ordered veggies no tofu.
The tofu fresh rolls were nothing to write home about… it was a small piece of tofu a buck of lettuce and a few shredded carrots and rice noodles… definitely a miss.

This rating holds for now, I’ll be back in the future perhaps I’ll be blessed with a different cook and like every thing better… hopefully it won’t be worse. But I would give this place a try yourself. If you like spicy this place delivers…
My meal pumpkin Curry veggies. And tofu salad rolls came to $23 and change and i added in 2 dollar tip so $25 and change.
