The beef tripe, tendon, beef stew, and beef offal ho fun noodle soup is just like the kind I grew up eating in Hong Kong. The tendon is the best part, melts in your mouth. This is honestly the only place where I can find beef offal done this well and this delicious. The curry also has that authentic childhood flavor that brings me right back.
I have been coming here for years, and I finally tried their duck. My friend completely approves. The milk tea tastes just like the ones back in Hong Kong.
The staff are always friendly and the service is excellent. This is my go to spot whenever I am craving a true taste of home.

Food is great. Their clay pot rice and their meats are delicious. I recommend their duck. Their chili oil is yummm and fresh! Try it before you buy it. They bottle it for you right there. Customer service is fantastic also. They work damn hard and are so nice, especially that one lady that literally does everything.

Best hidden gems in Chinatown!! Both of their roast pork or noodles are the best among others. Services are also above average and give out good recommendations! Indeed, you won’t be disappointed at all. Also tried their clay pot rice! Best thing in winter!!

A gem for Chinese food on a quiet street

Looking around this place, one can tell that care has been placed into the decor. For one, there is a beautiful custom mural of Asians sharing meals together. Their bathroom also has a customized size promoting all forms of gender identity.

Staff may not be the most well-versed in English, but if spoken to in Cantonese/Mandarin, they are quite nice and helpful!

The portions are large here. For $14.25 (cash), I got a large bowl of congee to last me 3 meals and 4 dough sticks! Congee and dough sticks are a Chinese breakfast that I grew up with and was craving.

Prices are decent. You pay the exact price if you pay with cash.

Would go back for any additional Chinese food cravings that I don’t typically make myself.

Went back second day in a row to try their char siew and roast duck.

Not too bad, char siew a tad sweet.

This time round the friendly lady waitress was not around. A guy waiter was serving instead. Pretty ok service initially until when I paid in cash and got back the wrong change. Spoke in my broken cantonese followed by English to highlight to him. No apologies given. Even after he came back with the correct change, no apologies and rather cold attitude.

Gave him the tips, did not shortchange him. When I left, no farewell whatsoever, which was extended to other customers before me and also to me the previous day. Not a word. Looked at him as I walked out and he looked away. You gave me the wrong change and it’s my fault to highlight to you?

Quite disappointed. Now I might not go back again.

Nice clean place.

Ordered the Beef brisket and tendon lo mein. Tasty beef, soft tendons, noodles a little bit on the harder side. Goes great with the chilli oil.

Very friendly staff and lady waitress.

Recommend.

Shrimp & pork wonton noodle soup is delicious. Takeout, they separate the soup from the noodles. Noodles are not too soft, perfect texture. Great and fast service too.

Top dumplings of all time. Got the soup dumps and fried dumps and they are amazing. Very thin wrapper and stuffed full — cannot recommend enough!!

Great little spot with lots of locals, zero atmosphere but amazing food and good prices; all the noodles we tried (duck, seafood, dumpling) were delicious, as were the spring rolls and you choy. Complimentary green tea was perfect for the cold weather.

One of the best claypot rice in NYC Chinatown. Their chashu meat / rice is also very good. They also make very good / authentic Cantonese style noodle soup.

I’m slowly dying because I’m leaving NYC and won’t have this back home. Service is so friendly. They also have a clean bathroom.
