My food was terrible. Chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil and rice was so tough. On top of that they sent me a 2ltr Coke that I paid $4 for that exploded all over my kitchen and then had no fizz at all. Beyond disappointed. I just can’t do it anymore. I used to love this place and was the only place I’d go to for the occasional Chinese Take-Out night. I’m so upset!!!!

Delivery is HORRIBLE food is great but they need to do better with delivery it can take up to 2 hours sometimes it’s ridiculous you call and they lie and say it’s coming.

Asked for extra veggies in my lomein and didn’t get them. Also asked for spicy and didn’t get that either. The lady specifically repeated the order and totally got iit wrong. See any veggies in this extra veggies lomein …. Would not, not recommend unless you want a disappointment of a meal.

You can wait up to 2 1/2 hours for your food to be delivered. Sometimes three communication is horrible. They’ll keep telling you they are coming they’re coming. They’re coming no accurate time. No nothing.

SOOOO Just moved to area trying to find a good chinese place.. I ordered at 930pm. ONLY 2 Meals bottle soda.. I went outside to wait on stairs and play on phone at 10pm Nice cool night, then notice it’s 1047pm I call store no answer they close at 1030pm.. I sit and wait by window and FINALLY 1116PM Driver pulls up and calls.. Almost 2 hours later ?? Is this normal on Sunday night?? And then the order was Wrong I ordered c23 GENERALS CHICKEN THEY gave me c26 ORANGE CHICKEN… On to the next restaurant..

Customer service was fine. But the noodles looked dry but were overcooked so they had a mushy consistency, not a fan. They use to have amazing food 🙁

My daughter has food allergies and is also vegetarian. When I ordered her meal, I requested her tofu be prepared a certain way that wasn’t specifically mentioned on their site. They were very accommodating but not only that, they went to the store and actually bought a brand new selection of tofu to prepare specifically for her! The food was delicious, hot and on time considering what they did for her!!

Their sweet and sour chicken is a rip off, They basically give you chicken fingers and give you a cup of sweet and sour sauce. The portions aren’t bad, but sweet and sour chicken is supposed to look like general tso’s chicken pieces covered in sweet sour sauce and that’s not what I got. I called and they were very rude about my concerns. The delivery driver on the other hand was great and very polite.

This place gave me food poisoning and after I seen Facebook post showing they had cockroaches and mice never ate here again! Sad cuz this was one of my favorite places
