I have been receiving flyers for years now to visit this restaurant and now finally got to go. The lunch specials all looked so good but I settled on the eggplant and added meat. It came with soup, egg roll, and rice. The food was very good and the service was excellent. i look forward to coming here again the decor was really nice and give you something to appreciate while you wait, which did not take long at all.

Came here for a banquet lunch for a party. I’m surprised there’s a decent Canto resto in the city of Orange with a modern interior.
1st: Walnut shrimp good
2nd: Shredded chicken best dish
3rd: Fried rice w/ shrimp bland
4th: Peking duck average
5th: Fried fish soggy
6th: Steamed fish overcooked

There was quite a wait for each dish after the 2nd one, it took ~2 hours for the 5 courses. Banquet service is not necessarily a true representation of dinner service.

I’m Cantonese Chinese and I adore my people’s cuisine. When I found out that there was a Hong Kong-style Canto restaurant in Orange near my workplace, I was so happy. I’m going to go here for more work lunches! Lunch deals here are good, but I think they shine more in their entrees. I really enjoy their chow mein, particularly their pan fried combination egg noodle. Lastly, not only service was quality, but I appreciate the ambience and calm atmosphere of the restaurant.

I recently dined at Dynasty, a popular Chinese restaurant located at 1407 East Katella Avenue in Orange, California. As a fan of Chinese cuisine, I was eager to try their lunch special. Here’s my take:

1. **Mongolian Beef with White Rice**: The lunch special featured Mongolian Beef, and it exceeded my expectations. The tender beef was perfectly cooked, and the savory sauce had just the right balance of flavors. Paired with fluffy white rice, it made for a satisfying meal.

2. **Green Tea**: The green tea at Dynasty deserves a special mention. It was undoubtedly the best I’ve had in Orange County. The subtle aroma and soothing warmth complemented the meal beautifully.

3. **Service**: The waitress was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Her warm demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable.

In summary, Dynasty offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful dishes, excellent service, and inviting ambiance. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, this restaurant is worth a try. I’ll definitely be returning for more of their delicious offerings!

My friends brought me here yesterday to celebrate my birthday, this was my first time here. The dishes were very tasty and fresh and served hot. Waiters were friendly and attentive. We appreciated they let us sit there for 5 hours while we chatted caught up without giving us dirty looks (we kept an eye out to make sure they didn’t need the table). Will definitely come back.

I’ve been to this place a handful of times and the food has consistently been good in the past, but today the food was quite disappointing. The honey walnut shrimp was unpalatable. Orange chicken was lacking meat and tasted like fried dough. Bok Choi with mushrooms was not even bok choi and had no flavor. Shrimp fried rice had a burning smell that was unpleasant. I paid too much to be let down, have they made any modifications to the chef? Going to Panda express is a better option.

We received a very nice menu through postal service in our mailbox and decided to try it. Overall the food was good. The sizzling beef udon noodles were a bit over cooked. The orange peel beef was decent. Service was a bit awkward I am guessing because they just opened. The place is new so the decor is brand new. I am willing to try it again if around the neighborhood.

The dining experience didn’t start off great because the cloth napkins smelled like they haven’t been washed thoroughly. All of the plates were greasy, too; see 1st pic. The beer was overchilled, leaving a layer of ice floating at the top of the glass; see 2nd pic. “Ice cold beer” is just an expression—it shouldn’t literally be icy.

Items ordered: house special string beans, French style filet mignon, honey walnut shrimp, chicken lo mein, and pot stickers (not pictured).

The food was good, but there were several issues with some of the dishes. The pot stickers tasted a little undercooked because they were too soft and doughy. The lo mein felt a little dry and tasted a little bland compared to the other dishes, so it could do better with a little more sauce. There was very little chicken in the lo mein as well.

The service had some good parts and some bad parts. They sat us quickly, and were quick to serve us our food. They even bagged our leftovers for us at the end. I’m taking off some stars for the dirty dishes, the smelly napkins, and the partially frozen beer. Seriously, the condition of those dishes and napkins is unacceptable for any restaurant.

Ok so where do I begin. I also like another review received a nice menu advertisement in the mail and to be honest I would have been better off eating that piece of paper . Trust me, I am a person to always give the benefit of the doubt and all that but this was unexcusable. The Kung Pao chicken came out first. Would have been better off cooking it at home. Second came the double delicacy. It was freaking ice cold! When I told them then they asked me if I wanted it to be microwaved. Also be prepared to pay for white rice none of my three entrees came with it.
