The kids wanted quesadillas and they enjoyed the ones we got from Dynamite Street at the brewery when the adults stopped in for some beers. Dynamite Street is one of the food vendors at Swamp Cat Brewing, with their own kitchen along the outside “food hall” connected to the brewery. Two boys split the order of quesadillas that we received. There was only a short wait for the preparation of the quesadillas. Both boys loved the taste, which made for a nice lunch for them. We were glad we picked Dynamite Street and we all would like to try some more of their items from their menu the next time we stop in at Swap Cat Brewing.

I caught up with Dynamite Street Eatz as one of the permanent food kitchens that are located in the Swamp Cat Brewery. I thought it was great.
Easy to peruse the menu and place an order. A few minutes later, the beeper did what the beerer does and I was back to pick up dinner.
For me, the mango habanero wings were meaty and delicious with a bit of sweet and a bit of heat. Delicious and filling. I also got a cheese quesadilla for mom and amazingly, she ate the whole thing!
Good food, decent prices. When you’re getting a beer from Swamp Cat, check them out!
