While enjoying the array of donuts, I couldn’t help but appreciate the diverse textures and flavors offered. From chewy to soft and moist, and even those with a slight cake-like consistency, each bite was a delightful experience for the palate.
Although the quality of the donuts surpassed our expectations, we did notice that the pricing was slightly higher compared to other establishments. However, we found it comparable to popular coffee chains like Starbucks.
During our visit, I did experience a minor concern regarding my phone’s Bluetooth being activated, which led to some unusual behavior. While I may have been overly cautious, it’s essential to remain vigilant about cybersecurity in today’s digital age.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this donut shop and would recommend it as a charming spot to indulge in a few treats and a cup of coffee. Despite the slightly higher prices, the quality and variety of donuts make it a worthwhile stop for any donut enthusiast.

Their vegan lemon poppy (?) donut was super delicious, I’m not vegan but my friend was super happy to see they had something she could try.
I was able to come back and got a couple of Ube donuts and others. Super friendly, welcoming, and just overall wonderful trip (even though it was less than 5minutes in the shop!)

At this point, I’ve ordered donuts from here at least three or four times. The first time was OK. The second time left a lot to be desired, but these last two instances they entirely forgotten my order. I make it a point to order days in advance, and also not to order immediately when the store opens, I’m thinking about the employees that work there I want to give them time to prep my order which usually consist of six or more dozens of donuts.
On today, December 5, I did frequent the donut shop and had placed in advance order to start at 8:15 AM. I arrived early and sat in the parking lot and waited till close to my donut. Pick up time. I went inside at 8 o’clock and inquired about my order and pick up time. The associate had no clue what order I had. She went to the back and came back and said I don’t have any order for any donuts under the name, Michael, I went into my email and showed her the purchase history and then she went to a tablet device and printed out a ticket. She then went ahead and started prepping the order. I let them know that it was unfortunate that this was yet again another time where they weren’t managing their software appropriately and that my order was being prepped late she said well you came in the store 15 minutes early that’s why it wasn’t ready. I said had I not come into the store you still would not have had it ready. It’s not like you came and said oh yeah we’re working on it. Give us 10 minutes. You didn’t even know that my order existed.
Now and moving forward, I will not be patronizing this donut shop due to the lack of customer service. I would much rather give my money to Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispy Kreme, where I think customer service is at the forefront of their model.
