In general, I do not post reviews or comments unless it is a truly heart-touching experience, and our housewarming food order from Dwaraka was exactly that. We ordered food for 300 people, and everything exceeded our expectations.
The food quality was excellent, with authentic flavors and great freshness. The quantities were very generous, ensuring every guest was well served. Each and every item was exceptional in taste, quality, and presentation, perfectly suited for an auspicious housewarming ceremony.
Many of our guests personally appreciated the food and asked about the caterer, which speaks volumes about the standard maintained by Dwaraka. Their professionalism and consistency truly helped make our housewarming celebration memorable.

I ordered street style chicken fried rice. It was so horrible taste, no flavor and the horrible part was that it was smelling. Like as soon as I opened your lid it smelled foul and the chicken was not fresh. When taking bites it smelled so much. I ordered many times from here but this is the first time the food was horrible and service was average. Was disappointed a lot because I was so hungry and it was bad and also I ordered boondi laddu, it was horrible so dry and lentils was not cooked which they used to make laddu. Now I understand why they decreased the price from $4.99 to $3.99 just to get rid of that item and make some money.

We ordered 3 biryanis and an appetizer today, but the food quality was disappointing. The chicken 65 pieces in the Vijayawada biryani had no salt or spice, the mutton keema biryani was extremely salty and spicy, and the chilli chicken had too much sauce and salt.
I’m not asking for any refund — just requesting management to improve the food quality. The only good part was the flavorful biryani rice.

Ordered Vegetable Fried Rice, Egg Plant Fried curry, Kababs and Veggies Kheema Biryani. All the items were outstanding except the Veg. Kheema Biryani that had tonnes of salt. Appears the chef inadvertently added lots of salt or maybe he or she is novice. Sometimes, just follow the the usual directions to taste before you pack.

4th day in Plano.. picked up food from this amazing place. Good for people looking for home style South Indian food for a decent price. Food was very fresh and authentic. Really happy to find good quality and fresh South Indian sweets as well. Highly recommended.

I tried the chicken fry, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The dish tasted bland, and the masala felt uneven and under seasoned. It didn’t have the rich flavor I was expecting.

So I ordered from DoorDash just now, samosa, Veg pakoda and dosa batter balls. The order got delivered after 2 hrs and when it got delivered it was samosa, cut mirchi and mirchi pakoda. When I saw the order I called the restaurant, the manger spoke to me and said when u order through DoorDash we have an option to replace the item if we are sold out? I said don’t u call the guest and ask what are ur preferences? Or u just give chilies replacements for kids? He said yes we can replace the item, I said don’t u call the guest, then he lied and said we called u nobody answered???? I said I will send u my screenshot than he tells me this won’t help? I am so sorry to say u run a restaurant and u have no customer service? Instead of apologizing he kept on arguing? Being a manager not even once he apologized, even lied! Very bad customer service. And very bad management.

I ordered chicken biryani, it was too spicy. Customer service is at worst. They won’t even greet you when you you say Hi/hello. The girl at front desk who charged my card, didn’t say even Thank you after she gave me receipt and went inside without saying a word. I wasn’t sure if the card charged and everything was ok to leave the place. They would think as if you went for your business not to their business.

Food was too good and very tasty and we have received so many compliments from friends and families. They provided fantastic Catering services.
