HOW?! How does this place have 4.8 stars?!
It’s filthy inside, bones in the butter chicken, the butter chicken broth was literally a runny, water, yellowy SOUP. Asked for mild, and it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it if I wanted to, which I didn’t, because it was GROSS.
For background, I just started trying Indian food and have been going to Curry Fusion in Commerce. I loved the Butter Chicken so much that I declared it was my new favorite food! So when they were closed I figured we would try this highly rated place.
It’s some of the worst food I ever ate, we went to pick up an order that took ONE HOUR because they ran out of dough!
On a Monday?!
Anyway, it was filthy inside, the food was terrible, the wait was terrible, the food serving was literally HALF the size of the other place we go to that tastes like heaven.
The naan bread tasted like Mexican flour tortillas and was overcooked and too thick.
It was absolutely terrible.
I can’t believe some of y’all think this is good. You should try REAL Indian food.

I recently visited DW 11 Indian Cuisine Punjabi Dhanna (2919 I-30, Exit 87, Caddo Mills, TX) and I have to say — the food is absolutely amazing!
Their Aloo Paratha, Honi Paratha, and Mixed Veg Paratha are incredibly tasty — soft, perfectly stuffed, and full of authentic Punjabi flavor.
The Punjabi-style goat curry is a must-try. It’s rich, flavorful, and cooked just right — truly delicious.
And the chai? Honestly, I’ve never had such perfect chai anywhere else. It’s fresh, strong, and perfectly balanced.
If you’re anywhere near Caddo Mills, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this Punjabi dhabha! The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The aloo paratha is outstanding — easily one of the best I’ve had. Service is fast and the food comes out quickly. Their masala tea is a must-have, very refreshing and perfectly spiced. Will definitely visit again!

We ordered Tandoori parantha , Tawa roti, and samosa chat. I was shocked to see the size of the roti. I never got this size of roti for just $1. On top of that, when we tasted the Tandoori aloo parantha, it was full of flavor. It reminded me of India. We used to eat it on the way to Delhi Airport.
Tandoori parantha is a must try item.

Today was my birthday and every year I spend my birthday eating Indian food due to missing it so much after moving back to the states post Service in Japan. For the past few years, we have had to transit to Mesquite Rockwall and other areas – However, now we will no longer be doing that because this is our Indian cuisine home. Thanks so much for the great lunch, best wishes.
