We sat down to a dirty table, had to ask waitress to wipe it. Had to ask for silverware when food came. She never ask to refill coffee. Terrible experience and food. Waited extremely long considering the restraunt was empty. Waitress must have misenterrd our order so half of our food came out and then we waited over 30 minutes for the rest of our order. Another waitress came and basically tried to blame us for the disgusting food. Then was talking about us in the kitchen . I never try to rate places poorly, but this was awful all around. Picture of the “ruben”. Could be a cute place but someone needs to get things in order there.

Visited on Jan 29, for an early dinner. First thought was very very small which was fine, a little dark, wasn’t overly bright but that’s fine. Seemed clean and the waitress was polite. I ordered the chicken pot pie which claims to be “wet”. Was nothing but wet. There was no moisture whatsoever ever. No moisture or broth. Husband had meatloaf and it seemed like it was frozen and “Chef Mic” aka microwave was used.

We love the salad bar here. Everything is always fresh. They have 3 soups on the salad bar and a taco bar. Facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

Order you’re food then sit their and listen to the waitress talk about you to the ones making the food! Then once it comes the ones making food come out and they all stand their behind the salad bar talking and goofing time! Go figure! Our waitress and one of the others said they turn 17 in less then a week three teenagers unsupervised are really going to work?? The other waitress was not helping the other three talk like the one serving us! When you hear them talking about you it really makes you feel like getting up and leaving! It is nicer since the upgrade but I don’t feel like coming back!

Stopped in for the worst breakfast I have ever had…. The young man working the grill was constantly calling out for the waitress in the dining area which was very annoying. The potatoes were boiled and didn’t seem to have ever seen the flat top grill as they had no color to them at all. However the cook definitely remembered to salt them as they were soo salty my lips were burning. The cook forgot my sausage and quick made it so when it got to the table it was cold and tasteless. This is Amish country and with a name like Dutch Way you would think they would know hot to cook but I guess not. I have lived in Lancaster County my hole life and I have never had an experience like this at a local restaurant..

Had a really good breakfast there couple weeks ago. Boss sprung for it as a birthday gift with the stipulation I be there on time. 3 minutes late no thanks to Google for telling me I was there before I actually was!!! Waitress was fast and polite. Omelette very good as were the homefries and coffee. No complaints from me!!! Visit again if ever in area for breakfast
