My girlfriend went through the drive through today and the woman who took her order was extremely disrespectful. She made very inappropriate comments about her body and personal appearance which sounded more like sexual commentary than customer service. This is completely unacceptable behavior when she was there to order breakfast and a coffee. Customers should not be spoken to like this especially when they aren’t inviting of it. This interaction crossed a line, it lacked basic boundaries, professionalism, and the fact that this worker felt comfortable continuing after she made a customer feel visibly uncomfortable is alarming. I hope that management will address this immediately because this is not something that should be happening in any workplace.

Thank you for such wonderful employees! I have had various bad day where their thoughtfulness and kindness have made all the difference ❤️ in the way my day went. I know some may complain because something wasn’t exact, but we are all prone to a mistake once in awhile. That compales to the compassion your team has demonstrated and how they all go out of their way to give their best.

I had gotten a strawberry banana smoothie from their asking for extra cold foam and 20 mins after ordering they hand me my drink with no cold foam . When I had asked for them to take it back they did but proceeds to add the tiniest drop of cold foam. Wasn’t worth the wait never coming her again

Just think about how much easier Frodo’s journey to Mordor would’ve been if there had been a Dutch Brothers coffee on every corner of the adventure! Or what a relief it would’ve been for the pioneers as they slogged their way across the country if they could’ve stopped at Dutch Brothers along the way for a touch of refreshment!
I feel it’s a little bit like that. When I am off in the wilds of Vancouver I always get just a little bit excited when I see a Dutch Brothers.
Now it’s true I have a regular barista at a little locally owned place that I love. And every time I go to a chain I feel as if I am cheating on my wife. But if I am going to cheat, I suppose it’s going to be one of these places.
The product is always good, cold when it needs to be cold, hot when it needs to be hot. But let me tell you, one of the main reasons I come to Dutch Brothers is because of the service.
For an old and possibly eccentric traveler, I appreciate a friendly and helpful encounter, no matter where it is. These coffee shops seem filled with the abundance and optimism of youth. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative encounter at one of these windows
And at this Dutch Brothers, I have to say it was even better! I’m afraid my memory is not as good as it used to be so I might have his name wrong, I think it was Sean, but he had the ability to make you feel like you were in on the story. He is a master at instant connection, he should probably teach this stuff.
This kind of thing is not particularly common among young people. When you pull up to some places or go into establishments you are often met by boredom, condescension, and impatience. sometimes, honestly there is a temptation to reach out and give some of these kids a good shake by the scruff of their necks.
I know the service industry ain’t no walk in the park and I’m sure these kids are not being paid as much as they deserve. Treat them well, don’t forget to tip them and remember a little kindness between stranger is part of what makes life worth living.
Give that kid a raise! He deserves it!

I really love a medium-strength cappuccino, but unfortunately, it’s not on the menu. Sometimes, when I ask specifically for a cappuccino, some baristas kindly make it for me — and I really appreciate that! However, the last time I asked for a cappuccino and was told it was made, I actually received a regular latte instead. That was a bit disappointing.

This Dutch bros is the best Dutch in the Vancouver area. The service is fast. Everyone is very kind. There speed doesn’t effect the quality. I love my drink every time! This Dutch isn’t the closest to me but I go here every time if I can! Highly suggest.

Great location off the freeway. However, be aware, in case you’re like me and don’t frequent Dutch – they do NOT have drip coffee. So if they don’t warn you in advance & you think you’ve ordered a “drip coffee with a shot of espresso,” they will actually give you a triple shot Americano. At least, that is what happened to me this morning. Which for the record *is Not* the “same thing as a black coffee.” Doesn’t matter how many times you say it out loud, let alone to anyone.

I absolutely positively love this dutch location! Every single employee is TOP notch. Friendly goes the extra mile. And always makes you feel at home. No matter who makes your drink it is always spot on! I cannot say enough about these people and this location! No matter what time you go in day or afternoon or evening. This crew is amazing! If there was a 10 star review I would give them one.

This is the worst Dutch Bros I have ever been to. I understand that they have policies and stipulations they have to follow, but why should I pay six dollars for a drink? That’s not even all the way filled up just because I don’t want ice and or light ice! Ridiculous and then they didn’t even try to make it right or do anything I’m sorry, but I’ve been to plenty of places and plenty of Dutch Bros and I’ve never had an experience like this! Don’t go to Dutch Bros unless you wanna get ripped off! Ladies were so rude. I was absolutely appalled at the service that I got.
