Apparently someone purchasing 150 gift cards is just allowed to take up one whole lane and completely stop all coffee orders except for one person taking every order on by themselves. There has to be another way for someone to bulk buy gift cards and not ruin other customers’ experience by forcing them to wait 20 to 30 minutes for 1 drink.
The drinks are good though, and the employees are great. Just really frustrating experience.

Great dutch bros. Awesome customer service. They are friendly, deliver promptly and remade a drink made incorrectly from another dutch bros free of charge. Glad they honored that for us.

Customer service is eh everytime i go which is like ever other 2 days they always seem like they hate life and are bored where i came from the dutch was alwaysss filled w awesome, nice bubbly employees who loved to make a conversation and chat i thought dutch was known for that?
Drinks are a hit or miss. They need to measure their syrups, it would be nice if the drinks tastes the same everytime i went.

Man tried stealing my bike here. He said “HEY! Can I have that bike?!”
I replied “no you cannot,” and simply rode away. At least he was polite and used “can I”.
DO NOT go here on bike. That man will ask for your bike. IF you DO happen to bike here, you can possibly state that you cannot fork it over because YOU are ON IT!
Wonderful “Golden Eagle”, 8/10 on that. However, I musn’t give a good rating as HE might see this and think I am badmouthing him.

I’ve came here many times and have had my drink PERFECT to my liking! I’ve gotten the same drink ever since middle school and even graduating out of high school and this location has always perfected at every single time. I get a large green tea, light ice, red raspberry, watermelon and three times extra sweet. I come here quite often and we also haven’t had a single time where we have had any issues with the staff. We will keep being frequent flyers

Can I just say that this reminded me of the first time I got a hot mocha at a Starbucks it was delicious now with saying that you can never get that kind of taste again at Starbucks because they cheat you out of that second shot in a small cup you have to pay extra for that but not at Dutch Brothers not only that the chocolate was delicious I mean it tasted like I can’t even describe it was so good thank you guys for reminding me why I bought buy a hot chocolate mocha and pay a much lower price than Starbucks plus the employees were friendly

I like the rebel freeze blended drinks. Arrived at 5 the staff are very upbeat and energetic at that early in the morning. If you want someone making your coffee with happy and good vibes, go here! Im not sure if you can go inside anymore but their drive thru is fast, and menus are posted twice. Im not sure if they have a rewards program if they dont wish they did!
