The Broistas at this location are amazing. I’ve been coming here almost weekly for the past four years and consistently have great interactions. A few even recognize me, which always makes my day.
Today was sticker drop day (which I forgot!), so it was understandably busy, AND the WiFi was down, causing issues with online orders. Even so, the team handled everything flawlessly. While I waited in the lobby, I could hear them encouraging each other and working hard to keep things running smoothly.
I was genuinely impressed. Well done!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Special Experience – Thank You, Gus!**
Tonight at Dutch Bros, I experienced something far more meaningful than getting “just a coffee.” however coffee was made to perfection…I was on my way to the emergency hospital because my dad was showing dangerously high blood pressure and potential stroke symptoms. My heart was heavy, and honestly, I was silently hoping someone would offer to pray with me.
When I pulled up, Gus greeted me with genuine kindness and simply asked how my night was going. I shared what was happening, and without hesitation, Gus offered to pray for my dad and for me. It stopped me in my tracks because i said nothing about wanting prayer. This wasn’t a coincidence. At the exact moment I needed comfort, encouragement, and a reminder of hope, Gus showed up with compassion and faith.
His prayer meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a world where people often rush through their day, Gus took the time to care, to encourage, and to speak truth and hope through Jesus Christ. I left that stand feeling uplifted and supported during one a overwhelming night.
Gus is the kind of person who makes Dutch Bros more than a coffee stop—he makes it a place of genuine human connection. I hope his manager sees the tremendous heart, character, and impact he brings to customers. People like Gus don’t just make great coffee—they make a real difference. He absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and, truly, a raise.

I only give it two for the service they usually have great service but I was told if I get a medium rebel and pay for three scoops of popping bubbles to ask to get it in a larger cup that way I’m not getting shorted any of my drink since I’m paying a dollar for scoop for the bubbles. But lately they’ve been telling me that’s not allowed or changing my order without telling me.

This place not their fault has horrible service making using the app problematic. I have mentioned a number of times they should offer WiFi for the customers so they can pay via the app. When ever it’s mentioned the staff is like yeah it’s not great the owners know basically we’re not going to make the customer experience easier. Every time they ask for the number then they go were you gonna pay with the app we can’t use your number for that. How obnoxious for the people working and the customer. And 50% of the time the drink is wrong today I order my is all and got a small version but don’t worry we’re going to be over the top toxic positive and gaslight the entire experience and make the customer feel like crap about how they run the business. Happy new year.

I’m a regular at this location. I come in almost everyday. Today one of the girls made my drink wrong, and when I tried to correct her. She told me I was wrong and that I was holding up the line. I get the same drink everything. Not only did she cut my drink short, she cut my level of sweetener that I paid for. I will not return to this location if she is working. Highly dissatisfied.

When I came in at 6:30am I was not having a good day as I had 3 hours of sleep. My mom had messaged me saying she was being admitted into the ER she almost didnt make it two months ago. With nursing school 2 kids 2 full time jobs I was at my wits end this morning and not having a good day as I was heading to the hospital.
The level of customer service was heartwarming and outstanding they prayed with me at the drive through and were genuinely kind. Ive met Gus a few separate times and was shocked he remembered me since I have been so busy I dont go as much as i would like. he asked how I was doing which lead me to my spew above!
I cannot express how happy I was and how much that little interaction from Maggie and Gus made a difference in my day!

The staff at this location are outstanding at what they do. Incredibly friendly in the drive thru and very fast with the drinks, which always come out perfect. They do great when there’s a big line. Major kudos to this location!

The drinks here are especially good than other Dutch Bros. One of my favorite things about this one are the baristas. They are really nice, and will remember you if you go a lot! (>u<) It's also in a really convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
