They use of have extremely great customer, I definitely missed the old crew that used to be there. I can tell all the new people are not the regular crew not very impressed so I don’t go there very much anymore. Don’t get me wrong. I still go there just not as much as I used to.

I don’t normally drink coffee, but I had a 4-hour drive in the dark ahead of me, and it was already 19:45. I ordered a plain coffee with the cup filled 3/4 with coffee and 1/4 with cream. They had only half-and-half. Okay, that will work. The staff was very friendly, showing me how far they filled the cup and asking if that was what I wanted. Yes, perfect. Well, the coffee was so hot, I couldn’t drink it for at least an hour. Even with that much cream, I had to add more cream. (Thanks, McDonald’s, for the free cream.)

Our first time at DB’s did not disappoint! Girls were all super super friendly and helped us figure out what we needed. A long line quickly disappeared, we didn’t wait much longer than 3-5 minutes total. Got our drinks and they all wished us an excellent day. I hope DB’s is treating those girls all well because they’re doing such an excellent job!

We were on a road trip to Oregon from Canada, and we had heard a bunch about Dutch Bros so decided to stop. We ended up at the Pendleton location and made an effort to come through again on our way home even though it was a bit out of our way due to how amazingly we were treated the first time. Big shout out to Caden, for his enthusiasm and customer service.
