They are all so fun and friendly – remembering customers and their orders.
Every drink is consistent with great suggestions when you want a switch up.
They put a cover on when I told them I’m clumsy and asked for a carrier, hahaha (but legit, it saved the day when I got out of the car!)

I’ve gone to this stand literally every single time I’ve wanted Dutch because I live a few minutes away, but the service is bad. They take forever to take your order and make eye contact with you like they don’t see you. I was waiting at the walk in area with my dog. It was already cold out… and then taking 2 orders when I was there first? yeah no.. bye.
also the tipping culture at this booth is actually annoying. they except a tip for doing the bare minimum. I walked off because at that rate I didn’t even wanna interact with the employee. She looked new maybe that was why.

This used to be the best stand. Now every time I come here it is full of dumb teenagers that care more about gossiping and what everyone else is doing more then making customers orders correctly. This time I sat for 10 minutes while the barista complained about her coworker talking about her at a completely different stand. Then after she was done complaining she realized my payment didn’t go through (which at that point I feel I paid enough having to listen to her ridiculous conversation) but I paid again only to get home and My coffee is wrong again i’m tired of paying almost 14 dollars for two drinks that taste awful. Also not sure if I have to pay extra for soft top but I ask for it everytime and never get it on my drink. I will no longer be drinking at Dutch bros.

This location used to be amazing. Until they for a bunch of young girls with no personality. They are inconsistent, rude, take forever, don’t even make the drinks you paid for. I’ve been a loyal Dutch bros customer for years and had myWORST experience with any kind of customer service here at this Dutch bros.

Dutch Bros Coffee is always the best go to place for outstanding coffee and service. Prices are right, service is excellent…actually Dutch Bros in general sets the bar for great coffee, customer service, and reasonable prices!

This if for all dutch bros. They are not bad but they are inconsistent. One day you get exactly what you ordered the next day they miss an ingredient and if you have a special order they are more inconsistent. Like McDonald’s Dutch Bros has average service and average product quality even if they don’t get your drink correct, it is still going to be a good drink, just not as good as you expected.

Rebels are where it’s at!!!!!! Literally, will only have REBEL energy drinks. The carbonation and crispness are IMPECCABLE! Move outta the way Rockstar’s, Redbulls, Monsters, and Celsius energy drinks.

Tried Dutch Bros for the first time Monday. My mom and I pulled up to this location and let them know we needed a second because it was our first time (I live in Southern California), we placed our orders and they were so accommodating, nice, and gave us our first coffee on the house… great customer service. The coffee was great!!! Now I’m bummed we dont have any near me… I have to go to Las Vegas or Fresno lol.. come to Riverside County! We did stop by another one on our drive out of town and got our fix before leaving yesterday.
