although i know every dutch store is different, this one does not hold a high enough standard. it was incredibly busy and the staff seemed to have almost no urgency when making drinks and taking orders. i had said it was my birthday and wanted to redeem my free drink and the barista seemed to have no care or enthusiasm with her job. she did not say happy birthday or seem warm towards me at all. most stores write happy birthday on the lip or cup and they did not after it took almost 10 minutes to make my drinks with virtually no one else in line behind my car. overall, the staff wasn’t very friendly or quick with their work and truly didn’t spread or display any Dutch Luv towards me or my girlfriend.

Dutch Bros has a great standard that pleases whenever I stop at one. We are just visiting the area. I got my fave: hot cocomo, half sweet, oat milk, decaf. Perfect, as pet usual from Dutch Bros. We only had one car ahead of us and they sent out the staff to take orders by the car (rockin the pink safety vest btw). Thanks for a great cocomo!

Customer service was lacking. We asked for a recommendation, non was given, ordered a large vanilla iced latte. They forgot to put the vanilla in it. The music was so loud it was uncomfortable. The young lady didn’t smile or say thank you.

LOVED my experience. Hailey was the sweetest!! I went through in the morning and got a drink. The drink I ordered was just a little too bitter for me, but she was quick to remake it. They definitely make sure they get things right. This will be my go to every time I visit!!

There was a whole wasp in my coffee. Blended into my Golden Eagle freeze.

Just stopped here after the aquarium young darker haired girl wasn’t nice at all, gave my kids scolding hot chocolates should have went back through but figured they could wait a little while to drink them only for one to get spilt and burn one of my kids so that was cool. Won’t be back

Over 30 minutes to get a coffee on Saturday morning. No order taker. Only 2 people working. On a Saturday morning. Helping people who walk up to the window first. While others have been waiting for over 30 minutes uses. Only to get the wrong drinks!!! Order mocha. No mocha. Ordered vanilla latte. No vanilla. Bland coffee after 45 minute wait.. waste of money
