If you’re able skip this dutch and go to Canby store instead! This store knit picks everything its absolutely ridiculous. They don’t do kids water because its “cost them too much.” And they wont split a REGULAR size frost into 2 cups. But they will give you the 2cups to do yourself. How the hell that saves them any money makes no sense if theyre giving us the cups anyway? I love dutch and go every day. This one by far sucks. Love the Canby one

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. I have always enjoyed your drinks and the service provided, but my last experience did not meet the usual standards.
During my visit, I specifically requested a hand-blended drink. However, instead of preparing it as requested, the staff took my incorrect drink, removed the whipped cream, and blended the original drink. This process did not align with my expectations, and I believe it would have been more appropriate to prepare a new drink according to my order.
Due to time constraints as I was on my way to work, I did not voice my concerns at the time. I typically appreciate the service at Dutch Bros and often leave a tip, but this experience has led me to reconsider my future visits.
I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Chi tea latte was water with a lite chi flavor. Asked for cinnamon flavor…none. Definitely a Mayo Clinic. Staff not knowledgeable. At all. Just a job right? Lmfao! A joke. Honestly. Starbucks I’m on my way.

We are moving soon but we have been to this Dutch Bros location almost everyday for the last two years. The employees are super nice, remembered our order and are always willing to make an order right whenever there was a mix-up. They are super sweet to my toddler when she says hi and does her best to order. Great bunch, love Dutch!

Just what I expected for a Dutch Bros. Friendly, awesome staff…great drinks and swag. Wait wasn’t too bad once they got the stalled car out of the way. So happy to have one in town finally. First day open and they are already giving to the community. Part of the proceeds today go to Wilsonville HS Booster Club. ❤

The broistas here are amazing. They definitely enjoy their job and it shows in how they help each customer. I return to this location often just because I know they have great service and are quick. It also seems that many of them have been at this location for awhile so even in a job that can have high turnover (and see it at over locations) they must have great management at this location.
