I come to this location multiple times a week and I just love the people that work here. Drinks are made well and service is always excellent. Can get a bit busy in the morning but that is to be expected. I want to give a special shot out to Aaliyah (hope I spelled it correctly). She always remembers me and my pug MayMay and makes our day with her smile and thoughtfulness.

Everything Is good, drinks are right and prepared in timely manner. In the afternoon, in the morning its very slow and you’re looking at a wait time of anywhere from 10-30 minutes for your drinks. Otherwise they do good and prepare your drink correctly

Dutch Bros is such a treat and I always go out of my way to try their drinks when I visit family in Cali.
Would highly recommend the islander mocha. I personally prefer it sugar free as it is the perfect level of sweetness for me and elevates the taste of the coffee itself. The strawberry lemonade with green tea is also a go-to refreshing drink during a scorching hot summer day.
Staff here are mostly young folks so make sure to give them the respect that they deserve!

I have been going to this florin road location since it open , today was my last time dealing with the horrible customer service
Today I went and ordered my same drink I get everyday the lady didn’t say good morning hi nothing just what would you like to order I was flabbergasted because normally the greet and other location also , once she took my order she said $7.95 I ask how is it that price everyday it’s $7.45 she simply ignored me and said cash or card very rudely . After paying I was waiting for my drink and it wasn’t sitting well how rude she was considering I spend $42.96 a week at this location sometimes I even go twice a day for a chilled drink . I requested a manger she stated we don’t have one but we got a lead , once the lead came he wasn’t nice either I explained the situation and he stated prices went up upon checking he realized she charged me to a iced drink not a hot drink I ended up not getting a drink at all. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was very unacceptable they had better workers and better quality of service when Josh was at this location I definitely will not return.

Reliable service and delicious product! The workers are always fast and friendly, and the coffee ☕️ is great Since it’s a very popular chain, there is often a long line but it’s worth it regardless!

Staff is unfortunately slow due to management not training properly. Management needs to replaced not the employees not there fault. 30 minute wait for 2 simple coffees. This why I make my own coffee.

My coffee was burnt there was also a mess all over the counter (like a coffee machine exploded) it was coffee grounds all over and the rag she whipped my drink with it was extremely dirty from coffee I get that accidents happen but get your teammates to help you I feel bad it’s like one or two people carrying the whole team Honestly I’ve never had a Dutch taste like this and never been to a Dutch bros that was this disorganized

Great service, great drinks. I always get a large Dutch20 with Strawberry, Pineapple and Kiwi with coconut milk. So yummy! Im not a big soda drinker and I dont drink energy drinks so its great that they have another option for me to enjoy.
