I’m a coffee fiend and I’ve tried different Dutch Bros around Cali and WA state, tbh I give this one a 3.5- 3.7⭐ because the service isn’t always the best, in fact I’ve only had one really positive experience here and the rest I felt like I was a bother. I’ve worked food service I get it but still everytime I usually go, no one seems happy except the people inside. Anyways that’s just my review. I love coffee and I feel good service helps the coffee taste better

First I want to say I like the drinks at Dutch and Emma at the window was fantastic. However, my two most recent visits were not great. Today, 12/8/25 around 3:45p, two girls were taking orders outside due to the long line. The first girl with the clear framed glasses was spending her time playing with a customers puppy. Once the 2nd girl finished taking her customers order, they proceeded to stand and talk to each other about the puppy. The clear framed glasses girl finally took our order since we were just sitting there with the window down. After taking our order, both girls left the lien of cars waiting to order still to run to the puppy and play with it some more. How unprofessional! You have a busy line of customers waiting to order as you choose to play with a puppy.
Lastly, I agree with other comments regarding the pick up window. I usually wait an additional 10minutes before I arrive to the pick up, just to give them time to catch up on order tickets. However, I still end up waiting another 15min at the window.

This is by far the best Dutch Bros in the Central Valley. The service was amazing—especially considering how busy they were. We got our drinks very quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

For my first time ordering a caramel whatever it’s called was terrible might as well have got a frappe from McDonald’s atp. Waste of money and the dude at the curb taking orders was literally an air head and didn’t offer any help being my first time. Never going back.

I’ll never understand why they have an order ahead/estimated pick up time. EVERYTIME I order ahead I have to wait at least 10-15 min more. Plus my most recent visit all the employees were dancing around instead of working. I got told twice that my one drink order was being made. I really hope they clean house with their current staff cause its very unprofessional.

I’ve been to a lot of Dutch brothers between California and Oregon. And this is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. I waited for almost 40 minutes to have my order. Taken and to receive my 2 coffee

The guy who took our order did an amazing job. The wait was ridiculous although it is a Friday night. I was looking forward to my drink because I was driving back home and had a long drive to go. I highly recommend to taste your drink before you leave. I asked for a salted caramel drink and the girl that made my drink completely forgot the salted caramel portion of it. Sadly my drink taste totally different. It was a waste of time and money. Not sure if I’d consider this location to anyone. It was way way too busy to only have three on staff on a Friday night.
