Just wanted to share my experience, I always go for a shark attack rebel. I really love when they draw the waves and the shark on my lid it makes me giggle every time! I like coming back because they always receive me with love no matter what. From the person taking my order to the person giving me my drink! Much love for Dutch!

Poor customer service. Asked for my drink with no ice, but they made it with ice. When I asked for my drink to be remade, they wanted to charge me for another drink. I was floored. I explained to them that I like to drink my coffee in sections throughout the day without it watering down, but they pulled the “it’s our policy” card. Let’s just say I was only able to drink a third of that coffee because the rest was watered down.

I have been to dozens of Dutch’s in Nevada, Arizona and now my second time to the el centro ca. Location , I went today 11/28/2025 for the 10am merch drop, my 1st time they got my order wrong really bad but they did corrected so I went today for a second time because of the merch drop, got there 30 minutes early and in line at 10:00 am as I have done dozen of times in other locations however this location needs an INTERVENTION from CORPORATE, never have I seen such uncoordinated chaos at a dutch, and the worse part is they were literally hooking people up by giving them more merch than what they should receive (saw it). What was the most frustrating was they were serving customers out of order so people who had arrived 20 to 30 minutes later would get serve ahead ( this is in the drive thru) and circumvent the line. Even if they order online it should be first come first serve, then they got our drink order wrong on 2 out of the 5 BUT they did correct it and made it right.
Not right that people who arrived 30 minutes later just got the order and left and the rest of us had to wait an hour, serious hook ups going on, sad, no won’t return to this location , I will go to others.i hope it is corrected.

I love Dutch!! The wait is so worth it. I love the employees. They make you feel welcomed and I just want to be everyone’s bestie. My go to drinks are bubble gum shake and coconut flavored shake I’m almost here everyday I’m obsessed.

I went for my first time ever to Dutch because I live in holtville so it is far, and I want to say I want to come back again. The service was wonderful. I had Bella, Michelle and Chris make me laugh so much ! Will be returning soon!

I ordered ahead of time and get there and still had to wait more than 30 minutes, other people kept on getting their order, my name wasn’t even called until I asked again. Bad and slow service. The in Yuma AZ is better!

I am so glad that this DutchBros Opened here in El Centro! I would literally have to drive to Yuma just to treat myself….It does get busy from time to time but it’s DutchBros! Its what you’d expect from a new store and the workers always have a friendly aura about them. Thanks DutchBros El Centro. I will be seeing you guys and gals soon.

Been sitting here and its been over an hour wait for 2 drinks. Idk if there’s just not enough employees for the amount of customers or what….its not worth the wait I’d rather go to star bucks at this point. Other people are getting their drinks before us the way the lines are is ridiculous. Been sitting in the same spot for 15 min plus..RIDICULOUS!!!
