Hands down the best dutch bros I’ve ever been to. Consistently friendly, even on drop days. Best fast, very efficient. They even have great taste if you ask for recommendations. Just tell turn to surprise you, but no banana. You’ll never be disappointed.

I’ve visited around 5 times and always been disappointed. Service is always slow. If you add 10 minutes to the estimated pickup time for mobile orders you might be in the right ballpark. My Candy Cane Mocha Cold Brew had no discernible peppermint flavoring and was topped with sprinkles instead of crushed candy cane. It’s disappointing to pay $7 for slow service and a coffee I could’ve made at home.

I hate to say it but this stand has only gone down since it opened. I have never encountered a Dutch Bros with such insane wait times. I’ve been to stands in Colorado with half the staff and the same volume of customers with a FAR shorter wait times. The drinks are always good, but I seriously have to ask myself every time, do I want Dutch bad enough to wait? Mobile orders take 10 or even 20 minutes longer than estimated time and the drive thru almost always takes an hour.

Just waited almost forty minutes to move up two car spaces in the drive thru line. We ended up leaving, but saw on our way out the inside of the shop was dark and there was one person working the store. Ive never been but will definitely have to try a different location.

Never again, I ordered a matcha latte. They use some odd green liquid that seems sweetend. Order coconut milk, got to the window and she was dumping dairy in, dairy makes me very ill. No drive through ordering, when the cars get every backed up someone comes out and walks down the line, taking orders out of order. Then it’s not ready when you get to the windows. Good if you can’t drink dairy.

To the male worker complaining about a small tip..Im aware you were complaining very loudly in the drive thru with the window wide open while i was next to the window, to make a point.. but let me explain for my small tip. I am military, we are not getting paid at the moment due to the shutdown and yesterday was my birthday. I had an old gift card with a few small dollars on it and wanted to get myself something since i didnt do anything for my birthday. The order i made was $3. The tip i provided was 30%. I usually would’ve tipped more but we’re not getting paid at the moment..
I will say, your lack of consideration and instant offensive attitude to tipping is unrealistic. As a person who has worked in the server industry, a 15%-25% tip is the requirement for a restaurant since a server is serving you. A place where you drive to get a drink and its handed through a window, there is no obligation for a tip. Its courtesy to provide a tip but definitely not an obligation.. So, with that said a 30% tip for being handed a drink through a window is a good tip and again i would originally tip more but due to my circumstances. I apologize for the “ridiculous tip”. Your entitlement and lack of emotional control is the reason why the tipping industry has such a conflicting rep.. Noone is entitled to a tip, its a courtesy especially at a drive thru..To be upset the tip was not higher than the 1 drink order, thats ridiculous..
