One thing I cant stand is making an online order ahead of time and having to wait when getting to the establishment. Most the time my order is not exactly the way I orderd it sucks especially when your on a time crunch. Why have an online order system in im still gonna have wait for my coffee I paid ahead for.

This location is horrible every time I do an order ahead here they don’t actually start making the drinks until I get there and then it’s like a 10- 20 minute wait cuz they’re so slow and the quality at this location isn’t great. I will drive out of my way to go to the Gibson location from now on

I like Dutch Bros, only bad things is it’s easy for you to be cut in drive through line, and I’ve purchased for points only for them to not scan my app without me knowing once the item is purchased you can’t scan app, must be before purchase is complete, they have great service other than these 2 things and they rebels are amazing

The staff here are always incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes every visit such a joy. My drinks are consistently delicious, even when I like to switch things up. Their sugar-free options are surprisingly tasty too — it’s so nice to have variety without compromising on flavor. Love this spot!
