Wonderful Dutch Bros service! Drinks always come out perfectly. Ladies working this morning were extremely professional, kind and friendly. The only thing I wish this location had is the baked goods (cake pops, sugar cookies, etc).

When we arrived at Dutch Bros today, we received QUESTIONABLE experience. First I walked up to the window and it was shut and they were just ignoring me. I waited their at the window and gave them 10 minutes and no response. So I went back to my vehicle to go into the drive through and went up to the window and the unprofessional worker kept on taking other people’s orders. After 5 OTHER cars later we finally got served and it was HORRIBLE. She had attitude in her voice and rolled her eyes at us. So we went up to the window after 32 minutes of wait, she gave us ENERGY when my son specifically asked for a sparking soda with NO ENERGY. The service was horrible and i would never approve of this service.

Normally we LOVE Dutch Bros. However, two days ago we stopped at the location on Crismon and a girl stood at her friends car for 12 minutes talking while everyone waited in line. They handed out drinks to the car with no money exchanged. This morning we come to this location on Apache and we get to the window and the girl tried telling us we didn’t pay out in line, yet we had our drinks we were just waiting on our food. So we had to prove we paid. Considering we come to these multiple times daily and the service is TERRIBLE recently, I think we’ll stick to Black Rock!
