I’ve been a regular customer at Dutch Bros for a long time, both personally and for company drink runs. Today, I was told it would cost an extra $1 per drink to request light ice. That’s pretty frustrating considering how much ice is already standard in the cups.
Asking for less ice isn’t asking for more product or a customization that adds cost, it’s simply asking not to have the cup packed with ice. Charging extra for that feels unreasonable and honestly out of touch, especially with rising drink prices already.
Unfortunately, this policy means Dutch Bros will be losing not only my personal business, but also our company’s regular drink orders. Disappointing experience from a brand I used to enjoy supporting.

I had such a great experience at this Dutch Bros! The girl who took my order was seriously amazing (allie) — so kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond by hooking me up with free drinks, which I truly appreciated. I’m a lead at another Dutch Bros location, and I could really feel the care and intentional customer service here. The energy, friendliness, and attention to detail were exactly what we strive for. You might want to remind your employees it’s more important for them to take care of customers rather than have a social hour in line. Just watched an employee for 5 minutes have conversation with a car with a long line of cars behind me waiting to order. Zero awareness. The people inside had to tell her to start taking orders, and then after that still proceeded to not end her conversation. Beyond annoyed today with the disrespect.

Gosh I have been patient with the Dutch Bros in Spanish Fork. We spend so much money getting drinks regularly. This is my 5th issue at the Spanish Fork Dutch Bros. I normally never have an issue in Payson so I always want to keep giving Spanish Fork a chance but today was my limit. A medium green tea and the cup it literally packed with so much ice I got 5 total sips from it. That’s ridiculous and if this is how you save money by shorting your customers I won’t come back.

Pretty much the worst Dutch experience we’ve had. Most locations have friendly staff and great service.
We went through to get an iced tea for my wife. The cup had so much ice that she couldn’t even get the straw into it. We spent a little bit of time in the area and she finished the tea but had a ton of ice left (usually the ice is mostly melted by the time the tea is finished). We went back and ordered a tea with no ice. For some reason they thought it was okay to charge a couple extra dollars for not having ice. We had never heard of such a thing and canceled the order completely. Definitely don’t recommend unless you like overpaying.

I absolutely love this location. The conversation is never forced or awkward, they always have a smile (I know it’s their job but it always makes me feel good) I’ve never had one single complaint about this location. I adore everyone who works here. Amazing staff, amazing drinks.
