I just want people to know that one really bad experience does not define a company. Thursday, February 5th, I left work at 3:30pm and went through the drive up; there were only three cars ahead of me. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that those three cars had massive orders because I was in line for 40 minutes, which is totally unlike them. Because I had an evening work meeting that would last until 7:00 p.m. I double fisted it and ordered two of my favorite drink. I was totally 20 minutes late for my meeting, which I will own; I’m an adult and should have anticipated, unexpected setbacks. But holy smokes! The drinks were BAD! They were watery with no flavor. I’m not 100% sure what happened, but it was not the normal Dutch Bros experience that I have.
So I am writing this review just to say that if you have one bad experience, that is not how they generally operate. This is a great little coffee shop and the people are fantastic. It was one really horrible experience x2 drinks and a long wait. Did it stop me from going back on Friday, February 6th? No. I went through the drive up in the morning like I usually do around 6a.m., and they were on point yet again.
So, if you have a bad experience, show some grace and know that this is generally a very solid business with a delicious product. Thanks for having the best pup cups for my Service Dog! Maybe in the afternoon from 3:35-4:15, there could be more on staff who are there general high quality baristas? The drinks were just really gross and the wait time was excessive. But hang in there, Dutch Bros! I believe in you and others should, too!
Come on guys l understand is a business but I’m sure putting a litle more product and less ice doesn’t going to bring the company on bankruptcy the service always great
Another thing l feel you guys need to pay better your baristas or put the porcentage of tips lower sometimes l go get 4 drinks and the minimum on the tips to give is like 6 dollars literally the price of a drink in one tip
Special shoutout to Ari—always super friendly, remembers orders, and makes the whole experience better without even trying. Employees like that are the reason customers keep coming back. Lowkey feels like someone who deserves a little extra appreciation
10/10 vibes, 10/10 drinks. I’ll be back (probably way too often).
Been a major supporter since it opened.
The owner Blake is an amazing person, he pours his heart in to his company and it shows.
The employees he hires show how well they are treated by how they respond to the customers.
This location will always have a special place in my heart.
Drinks are always spot on and for whatever reason it is off that day. Simply jump back in line and ask for a remake. (Or better yet, taste it before you leave.)
My favorite go to is a Small Hot White Coffee Mocha with a little Caramel drizzle or a Medium blended Sugar-free Rebel Daydream flavors with raspberry drizzle. (It was seasonal, and I am sad about it.)
My ALL time seasonal favorite is a Small Blended Peppermint Mocha with soft top and Candy Cane topping.
