Drive through order employee did a walk up to get my order all was good was next in Line to get my 3 coffees and they vehicle ahead was handed our drinks about 30 sec to a minute passed then I witnessed all the drinks being re handed to the worker inside As we pull up next they instantly try to give us our drinks that were just in the hands of the previous vehicle asked them I noticed what just happened will u please remake all the drinks who knows if one of them sipped it real quick ect not a very sanitary way of serving customers We waited 20-30 min total No apology for them not doing the right thing first

The service at this particular Dutch (Payette, ID) is very very slow. It can take 30+ minutes to get through the line with 3 cars in front of you. If you have an online order and are headed north, even if you get your drinks while in line you have to wait until everyone in front of you gets theirs as there is no exiting the line. However, most of the time they don’t bring your order ahead drink to your car like other locations do. I was in the south lane today with an order ahead hot drink for 9:19am, got there and joined the line of 4 other cars at 9:15am, and while the walker checked me in right away, my drink was not brought out so I could leave the line. It sat by their window until I reached the window at 9:45am, and was mildly warm when received.
Love their drinks, but not a place to go if you are in any kind of hurry.

I ordered a hot large Vanilla Chai Latte. Paid 7 dollars for it. It was barely even warm, the cup was filled not even 3/4ths of the way, it wasn’t topped with soft top, and the service was sooooo slow. There were many 4 cars in front of me and I waited a good 15 minutes. Super disappointed.

Customer service is lacking and rude. My hubby and I have returned to this Dutch Bros, in u Payette, Idaho, a few times on the high hopes that the crew was just having one of those days we all have endured at least a time or 2 but they never make our order correctly and they are always unfriendly to us.

decided to take my family to dutch on easter. we got our drinks and mine wasnt even filled up. if i wanted a small, i would have ordered a small. they did not even ask or give us straws. luckily we had extra. the customer service was lazy. usually the service is good, but today i was disappointed.

I was headed to treatment at the Caldwell St Alphonse cancer center (I’m a stage 4 cancer patient) and stopped at the corner for coffee. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly. He asked what my plans were so I told him where I was head….upon me telling him he handed my card back and when I inquired about signing the tab he told me “It’s on us today….you just keep up your fight and not worry about anything else.” At that moment I really needed to hear that….so make sure to treat those at Dutch take care of them they way they take care of us….oh yeah…. #fxckcancer

Ordered an extra sweet, picture perfect 911 carburetor and just got blended coffee with milk. There is no flavor, no picture perfect and for the 10th time this location messed up my order. If you need a coffee, go to the one on 4th, not here. This location is crap.
