Just wanted to come here to say that Lauren is the absolute sweetest!!! I missed the sticker drop on Wednesday due to some medical stuff and had asked if by chance there were any stickers left when I came through on Thursday. (There’s never stickers left, but it never hurts to ask) yall, this girl went inside and came back with her personal sticker to give me i told her I didn’t want to take hers but she insisted. Give that girl a raise! She is the best!

I’m extremely disappointed in the behavior of two employees at this location. After being parked in the lot — something we’ve done regularly for months — the employees drove past us, flipped us off, and then verbally insulted us when I asked what the problem was. They accused us of inappropriate behavior with no basis.
This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be harassed or insulted by staff. Dutch should definitely put into consideration who they are hiring to represent the face of this franchise.

I frequent the Dutch Bros in Falcon and the employees are consistently nice. Today was no exception, but Jules went above and beyond. Long story short, my mother is in the hospital and I was visibly upset. I asked her if she was a “prayer” and with all sincerity she said yes. She then took the time to do just that. Jules reminded me that my mom was in good hands and she let me cry for a couple minutes without rushing me along. Her words meant so much and I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to acknowledge that. I truly appreciated it and I hope she knows how special she is.

The Falcon Dutch Bros is always full of happy folks making whatever fancy coffee drink you want, snow or shine, dark or day. Though the drive thru line may look long, it moved quickly and efficiently, and you can always park and walk up to the window as well. This winters Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is really yum, but the peppermint will remain my favorite.
Cookie crumble cold brew on cold brew day, plus a sticker! Super awesome, not too sweet of a drink

I would love to give more stars because I truly love Dutch, however, the last few times I’ve gone to the Falcon location service has been terribly slow, to the point where it doesn’t want me to go! Drive thru and mobile pickup alike. Broistas have been great, just wish I didn’t have to wait 15 mins for a single coffee….

Each time I visit the Drive thru with my pets, we get a puppy cup. I personally like a protein coffee or latte. Falcon store have THE BEST staff.

Dutch bros has decent drinks, however they have a very long line and if you order ahead you have to wait outside after the app tells you it’s ready. The staff is nice, but the wait isn’t worth it.

I love Dutch bros! Lately though everytime I order through the app the order is wrong, quality of the drink is poor-ex all milk, no sweet cream, when I’ve paid for it, or too sweet where I can’t even drink it. When I ask about it they say it’s there when I can obviously see that it’s not. I’m not going to argue but hate to give up going there but it’s been this way for the last couple of months. I can’t keep paying for drinks that I have to Dr up when I get back home. Also, can’t go here in the morning-45 min at least in the drive thru and that is why I started doing the app but that doesn’t work either. Help? Need more training, QA or something to improve quality.

Sat for 45 minutes when the line was not very long. For a place that only makes drinks I don’t know how it’s possible for them to take so long. I watched the car in front of me sit there for 10 minutes and only be handed one drink.

Went here today and had a great service experience with my broista that took my order which is why I’m giving two stars… however they rejected me getting three of them bandanas that are marked as long as you buy a medium or large drink you can get up to 10 per customer. But they were rude with telling no it’s per drink sorry and didn’t even say have a great day or anything after handing me my drink and telling me to hold on. Very unprofessional. And very disappointing.
