The line is always (no matter what time of day!) Super long. They do come out to take orders but not in inclement weather. So the line wasn’t moving today and about 15 cars in the line. I finally gave up on the drive thru and walked up to the window and was out in 3 mins. I definitely recommend walking up to the window. I asked for sugar free iced coffee but I’m not sure it was actually sugar free. I can typically taste the artificial sweetener in my drinks but not today with this drink. I don’t think they gave me sugar free. The coffee here is creamy due to the amount of creamer used. It’s good but is it worth the sugar and lone lines? Maybe not. Plus they are more expensive than other coffee shops.

This is supposed to be a golden eagle with an extra shot of espresso. So 3 shots total since it comes with 2 shots already. Tell me why this looks and tastes like pure milk! Every time I come to this location they do this to me and I’m sick of it! Usually I’m there to tell them in person. When I do they always seem so inconvenienced for me asking what I paid for! Last time I heard them saying their espresso machine isn’t making shots like its supposed to. Fix your machine, hire new respectful people, and give people what they pay for!

Don’t ever order on the mobile app they can’t even have the order when you get here fourth time this happened to us. It’s been 15 minutes past the desired pick up time and the line isn’t even long. They don’t even have our order ready and people are still waiting for their drinks as well. Got drinks and they’re melted and look like they’ve been sitting there a while. Why was I waiting so long??

This is my favorite store that I go to have gotten to know many of the employees on a first name basis.Great people, great atmosphere.I’ve only had a few minor issues with this store.Mostly my only complaint is the music is just too loud.You can’t place an order without having the music drowning you out. Otherwise, this is a great store.The people are great as well

As someone that has worked in Customer Service and Sales my whole life. I don’t miss an opportunity to recognize and give a shout out to employees that go The Extra Mile. I am SO Impressed by these two individuals that work at this Dutch Bros. Eliza and Corbin! Hope I spelled your names right, are Absolutely Fantastic at what they do. I stop by this location just about every morning and look forward to it. I pass by multiple Dutch Bros locations because of how Awesome the service is here. Both are so friendly and have a positive attitude. Keep in mind this is fairly early in the morning. I can’t say enough about them. Both deserve a RAISE and to be recognized for what they do. You guys are the Best.

The order of arrival is sloppy. Arrived first and was told we had to wait after two vehicles that were together. We were in line before we should have went prior of them. Service is poor outside. Inside service is far better, drinks are usually decent however that entire experience set us back. I give the employee was taking orders 1 star.

Placed my pickup order this morning at 7am. It was supposed to be ready at 7:14am. I get there at 7:18am. The girl at the window has a horrible attitude and was rolling her eyes at another customer and then let me know my order hasn’t even been started yet. Then she tries to give me someone else’s order. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with her attitude early in the morning and she’s bad for business. I get being busy and getting behind – but don’t be a jerk to your paying customers about it. Finally got out of there with my drink at 7:26am and now I’m going to be late for work. Thanks Dutch bros!

I love Dutch Bros Coffee a lot. Like so much I have a tattoo of one of their stickers. Since I woke up crushed due to the Packers deciding to be terrible last night, I decided to treat myself to the bros. Unfortunately there are no locations in downtown Denver (change that, please) so I drove up to this one. Not the friendliest employees and it was kind of slow. Overall, still worth four stars because the coffee is so good.
