They dont bother to ever use the 2nd lane. I sat in the 2nd lane, in front of the window for 20 minutes while the other lane just kept passing people through. They could clearly see I was waiting in the 2nd lane from the window. If you dont use the 2nd lane, maybe put a cone or something? I’d assume its common sense?

I know, I know… it took me forever to try Dutch Brothers since I’ve always gone to the mermaid. So, I finally gave in…. Went to our local location… We were met with the very sweetest server… She was not only pleasant but personable. I let her know I was new to Dutch Brothers and wasn’t super sure what I wanted…. Just knew I wanted something carmel. We decided on a snickers freeze with extra carmel. I took one sip and couldn’t believe the flavor! This drink was delicious! I loved it! I will definitely be back… wowsers! Why aren’t these on every corner haha! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already! Super delish!
