The service here is average. I parked and went to the window and waited a few minutes before I was acknowledged. The drive thru only had cars coming thru off and on and they clearly were fully staffed.
When I tried to order, it was hard to hear the employee because the music playing outside was very loud.
All that said, my drink was made quickly and the drink hole was covered with a sticker to keep it from spilling while I drove. Also, the drink tasted good.

never have i ever received such bad service while receiving my drink!! the girl who took my order was nice! but once i got to the window and received my drinks i saw that the chocolate milk i ordered with whipped cream and sprinkles didn’t have any..so i asked if she could put some and she looked at me and proceeded with an attitude she also said “why did you say it like that” “it’s not my problem that they didn’t add that to the order” she just continued with attitude. i’m sorry if i ordered it like that then i should receive it like that. also the only reason i was so specific is because it was for my daughter and it makes her happy when i order it like that.

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience at Dutch Bros
I had a really frustrating experience at the Dutch Bros drive-thru recently. They have two lanes, so naturally I assumed both were open. I waited patiently in one of them, only to find out—when I was already at the front—that they only serve one line. No signs, no cones, no indication whatsoever.
To make matters worse, instead of helping me out, the staff told me I had to back up and get in the other line. Not only was that confusing and inconvenient, but it also felt unsafe trying to reverse in a tight drive-thru lane with other cars around.
It’s baffling that a place with such a busy drive-thru wouldn’t have clear signage or better organization. I expected more from Dutch Bros. Definitely not the kind of service that makes me want to come back.

We stopped to get one latte and fill a water bottle cup as I am pretty pregnant. They told us they could not serve the cup we brought. But they can fill a cup. We did not think much of it, and said ok!
Next thing you know we paid 12USD! For one coffee and one cup of water!
To me that’s just outrageous of a price. If you need to charge me for a cup, sure 1 USD but she charged us for two lattes when we only received one!
Would not recommend this place!

Five stars all around I used the walk up service was greeted immediately and there was no wait!
The person who took my order was very friendly and gave me some great recommendations.
If you use the app they have a great reward system and will also give you a free medium drink for your birthday and just for confirming your email!
I ordered the Double Rainbro Reb Energy drink and added boba! It’s so good. I just love the way the little Boba balls burst in my mouth!
The cost is right around what you would expect and I will be returning. I’m super glad and happy they are here in manor they’re a wonderful edition to the town!

When this location opened up, all the variety of drinks Were so good But as time as gone on, the drinks have gotten sloppy. Drinks are iced down to much, flavor, visual appearance and description of drink is NOT on point nor close to the description. Won’t be returning to this location anymore.

Waited 30 mins in line. Busser prioritized cars that cut in line with no regard to multiple cars that had been there for half an hour. I’m not putting this on the busser or the staff. This two lane split is crappy design. What really irked me was being told to not come on a busy day. How about I just not buy coffee from this place instead?

This place was amazing! I’ve never been to a Dutch Bros before, and Mackenzie was absolutely the sweetest person I’ve ever met in my entire life! I live 30 minutes away from here, but I am so tempted to drive here just because of my experience!!
