I enjoy going to this location so much, everyone has always been patient with me while taking my order. I’ve never had a bad drink made here. I wanted to point out Maria who goes above and beyond, she always has a smile on her face and always has good energy that is very infectious to everyone. Overall, great employees at that location!!!

Dutch Bros in Peñitas is one of those places that never misses. Every time I go, the service is always good and the vibe is always positive. The line can be long sometimes, but it moves fast and the staff stays friendly no matter how busy it gets. They actually talk to you, check in, and make you feel welcomed instead of just taking your order and moving on.
Maria is hands down one of the best baristas there. She’s super kind, always smiling, and really good at what she does. You can tell she cares about making sure your drink comes out right. She remembers faces and orders, gives good recommendations, and just has a really genuine way of treating people. It makes a big difference. Experiences like that are why I keep coming back to this location.

I come here most days and have never had any issues. Staff is extremely friendly and makes drinks pretty fast. If anything is wrong with the order they never hesitate to remake the drink. Everything is delicious from the coffees to the rebels and chai. They offer a lot of sugar free drinks as well as the option to make most drinks “as sugar free as possible”. Always very patient and accommodating.

Maria was seriously amazing. I had a bad experience on a previous visit, so I came in a little unsure, but Maria completely turned that around. From the moment I walked up, she treated me super nicely and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I wasn’t sure what to order, and she took the time to ask what I liked and helped me choose the drinks that were best for me. Every recommendation she made was spot on. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and wants them to have a great experience. Because of her, my visit went from disappointing to awesome. I really hope I get helped by her again.

I always have a good experience at this Dutch bros. Everyone is so nice, especially Maria and Nataly! They both take the time to ask about my day and always give good drink recommendations. They always have positive attitudes when I see them and are consistent with their drinks. Definitely two baristas that make this location better.

I’ve only been to Dutch bros a few times but every time I go Hazell has always been super friendly to me with helping me to choose my drink, and having fast service. She always has a positive attitude that makes my days better, and the atmosphere at Dutch feels amazing. You can really tell she cares about the not only her coworkers but us customers as well!

Yesterday, I visited this establishment for the first time and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience i was attended to by a young lady named Maricela, who was exceptionally courteous and professional throughout my visit She kindly recommended several drinks, all of which were excellent and well worth trying Her enthusiasm and attention to detail were most impressive, and it was refreshing to receive such high-quality service, which is sadly not always the case these days. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. A definite 10/10.

Ordering was a breeze and most of the drinks were correct. However, one was incorrect as I asked for it to be exactly like the other in our order but to be made in the medium size. The young lady at the drive through chuckled and said oh well that’s not what you said. I told her when I ordered I wanted the exact same as the other only difference was the size. She then charged me for the soft top and sprinkles and then told me they couldn’t take the drink back or remake it since she had already handed it to be and said she would have to give me everything on the side and I would have to pour it myself. That alone is fine but she should have told me they would have to give me everything on the side and then asked if I still wanted it. Not the other way around of charging and then explaining everything.

The lady taking our order was super sweet and very patient when taking our order. I had guests with me that had NEVER tried the chocolate muffin top, so we thought it would be okay to add them to our order. This young lady with glasses comes to the window to hand us our drinks, and as we were asking her if we can add the muffin top, SHE LITERALLY SIGHED AS IF IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO HER. Like she really didn’t have to take it… she can put her attitude away and politely apologize saying that she can’t. NEVER bringing new guests to this Dutch bros.
