It’s a good franchise to have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. In my experiences, the customer service quality of the employees has always been great. They answer any questions and have small talk when the opportunity arises. It can get busy here, so please be patient. Thanks for the great drinks.

Dutch Bros. is my favourite coffee stop. I always order the Sugar-Free Kicker, sometimes with an extra shot but their coffee is so good, there is really no need for that. I do that if I need an extra kick of caffeine. I brought my friend through today as she had never had Dutch Bros. I told her my daughter loves the Golden Eagle so she ordered a sugar-free version. She absolutely loved it! Also, the team is super nice and always happy which is great to see! I will continue to be a Dutch Bros. fan!

I ordered a chorizo wraps and small caramelizer. They were out of the wraps so Megan gave me a free drink. I come here almost every single day and that really made my day! They’re always nice and I will continue to come, and hopefully try the wrap next time too! lol.

My first time try this coffee. Cocomo with coconut milk is so good. Staffs are friendly and attentive, give me good recommendation. The small location, it takes time to drive through. The vibe at the counter seems fun and delightful. I may try different drink here next time to find my best bet.

Ive been a regular here for two years and honestly the service used to be amazing, but now it’s rare if I even get a good morning with my drink. The wait times are up to twenties the least amount Ive waited has been TEN minutes. It’s unfortunate that I see them struggling in there especially at night…. just sad to see. This must be a management issue since I know they have recently undergone some managerial transitions.

Worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. If you want good customer service, better find out when the few good employees are working. If not, head to any other location. If you’re looking for fast service, look elsewhere. This location has been run down to the ground and it’s sad to see the decline in baristas attitudes as a regular. Unfortunate, but I don’t know how much longer I can keep spending my money here. Hope to see management improve so I can start my day on a good note how I used to.
