lol I asked a million questions — and they were still nice lol I’m a matcha girl but I’m also a cookie butter girlie so I definitely wanted the new fall flavor but I added caramel brûlée because yesss! And it actually looks like people like working there and that always makes me happy! Nice Dutch bros — this location definitely gets 5 stars from me

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like sharing my experience at Dutch Bros yesterday around 7 PM. There were two employees working the window. One of them took my order, and when I told him to have a great day, he didn’t respond.
When I pulled up to the window, another employee was finishing one of the two drinks I ordered and said, “Be right back before I blow my brains out.” That comment made me feel uncomfortable and honestly made me feel bad for even ordering. When he finished making my second drink, he handed it to me and said “here you go” with an attitude. I said thank you, but he didn’t respond or acknowledge it.
Overall, the customer service wasn’t great and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the team can work on improving how they interact with customers.

I usually visit the other location off Hwy 6, but occasionally come to this one. Unfortunately, this morning the barista made my drink incorrectly and was very rude. I did not appreciate her attitude at all, and it resulted in a negative experience.
This is the second or third time I’ve had to ask for my drink to be remade at this location due to improper measurements or not following the drink instructions. The barista had curly hair black hair and was wearing a black bandana.
A negative experience at Dutch Bros is unacceptable, and I hope this issue is addressed so it does not happen again. I can’t believe this.

Stopped by to pick up a coffee and a few other drinks for my friends. We don’t usually go to this location, but I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience here. Was ordering my drink and the person taking my order was quite rude, seemed bothered to be taking our order. We’re from Portland Oregon and have never encountered any issues with Dutch bros, the service is usually spectacular. Everything else was pretty good, but unfortunately the service impacted my experience heavily, I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location.

The employee was very awkward, which led to them misunderstanding my order twice. I had to repeat myself which made me feel frustrated because I thought I was saying the wrong drink order. Overall the drinks came out amazing but just wish this specific employee could learn to communicate better!

So many options, I think I’m finally getting the hang of how to order and deciding what I like. I feel like I’m on vacation when I’m in the drive thru, I like the vibe. The staff has been helpful and kind. Hoping for one a little closer to me so I can visit more often.

An employee recognized who my partner was (he used to date the employee friend a while back) and took her time to even take our order , she saw that we came to the drive through and gave us a nasty look and gave me kind of like a rushed answer when i asked what flavor cold foams they had since I don’t go to Dutch bros that often. I have been coming to this dutch bros for the past month ever since I had a horrible experience from the one further down on hwy 6. I dont remember her name but this tall girl with pigtails never fails to make my drink correct and always makes me laughs even when ive had a hard day at work. Amazing service

i came here 3 hours before closing and that lady who was making my drink had ATTITUDE. idk if it’s because she had a long day or something but she made my drink 90% ice and 10% the actual stuff. i’ve ordered regular ice before but the ice has never took up the drink. i was better off ordering a small. and that lady who was taking my drink looked like she didn’t even want to be there. she might as well find another job instead of killing the vibes and ruining my drink.
