I frequent this location, usually three to four times a week and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Austin, the manager, is the nicest person and always remembers me each time I go through. We even celebrated our dogs birthday here. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great drinks and a cool vibe.

All time favorite drink stop!! Always amazing customer service and super yummy drinks!! Definitely a little slower than other locations but they’re still new so it’s to be expected.. My favorite is the iced sugar free golden eagle and my daughters fav is the flapjack mocha both iced and the freeze. Try it if you haven’t, You’ll love it too!! It’s a vibe!

I got 2 medium drinks a 9-11 blended and a caramilzer , the lady asked me to pay at the window with my card, I pulled to the window she said it willl be $14.07, as I leave I get a notification I spent $17.07 at dutch bros, that’s when I realized the girl tipped herself. no one asked me to tip and usually they show you the iPad with what you want to tip, I usually give cash if I do never on my card. it really upset me that she tipped herself with my own money without asking me, I love dutch bros, I go all the time but never really to the one in terrell. If I knew my 2 medium drinks were going be $17 I would have never got them. the other girl working in the back of the store said she was refunding it then the girl who originally told me it was $14 acted as if she didn’t do it, I never got my refund. I even showed her the bank statement of how much my order was and she was acting funny about it. I would love my refund back. But I guess I will never get that. Be careful with the terrell dutch bros, they steal your money!

Places seriously the worst Dutch Brothers I’ve ever gone to. I think I’ve gotten two drinks from order ahead that have been made correctly. I’ve had to get a refund on some because they can’t do order of head half the time. And just like today, I picked up my banana freeze and all it is is the freeze. They forgot to put the flavoring in it. Save yourself some time and go to any other Dutch Brothers but this one.

I love, love Dutch Bros for their variety of sugarfree coffees/drinks! But this location not loving. I am really trying to give the location and better rating but for the last month I have had issue after issues.
Not sure if the employees need more training or if this location is just cutting back on their supplies(coffee/syrup). My go to is the Sugarfree Golden Eagle. Usually I get to the window before my drink is made at this location so I can see them making it. They leave out the carmel syrup or they are putting in way to much milk and no coffee to where I am drinking a glass of milk vs a coffee drink. Then when I ask them about the missing ingredients they get upset. I am paying (depending what size I get $7-$10) for the drink I ordered and not getting it for free. Any other location I have no issues and get an actual coffee/drink that I order.
Don’t get me started on the person taking the order to see if I left a tip?!?!? This location needs improvement.

I love this DB and it’s basically in my front yard. So convenience!! But 2 days in a row I have ordered WELL in advance on the app and it telling me it will be ready at a certain time. Asking my vehicle description leaving me to assume it will be brought to me only to arrive and be wait 15/20 minutes. This morning it said “ready at 7:49” it’s 8:06 currently and I’m just now to the window while it’s being made. What’s the point in ordering ahead if I’m still going to be waiting in the line. Thx.

This Dutch Bros location is consistently well-run. Most of the staff seem to be high school or college students, and I’m always impressed by the kindness and professionalism they show with every visit. The drive-thru runs smoothly, and the service is quick and upbeat. I always choose this location—not only because they consistently get my order right, but also because they go above and beyond. They even show love to my dog, she loves the pup cups, which is such a thoughtful extra touch. Great coffee, great vibes, great team!

This Dutch Bros location is amazing! The staff is consistently sweet, and they always make amazing drinks. I’m a big fan of their blended freezes, especially the Caramelizer and Golden Eagle. My most recent visit included a Caramelizer blended freeze with a delicious addition of Cookies & Cream Soft Top, mochi pieces, whipped cream, and sugar sprinkles – the mochi was a nice change I’ll definitely be adding occasionally. Highly recommend checking them out!

By far the BEST Dutch Bros I’ve been to and the most friendliest BROistas!!! They are very fast and efficient when you go through the drive through. Shoutout to the amazing Lukas!!! Love coming here and always trying something new!! If you’re not sure what to get ask the staff and they will definitely recommend one of their faves and they never disappoint!!
