Always very quick to get my drinks to me. Drinks are always made exactly like I like them and the employees have made my experience at Dutch Bros so personable by learning my name and always on the ball when I pick up my order. Sand Springs Dutch Bros is the best! Frankie, Cheryl, and A.J. You guys rock! Thank you for always treating me so well when I stop by. They were fast, efficient, kind and all had a smile on their face. I had a lovely experience with a worker the other day named Sheryl, my card wasn’t working & she had a long line, but she did not rush me, she wasn’t hateful, she was patient and helpful and worked with me while I made sure I got my drink paid for. I don’t usually come to Dutch Bros, but I will definitely be back because of her service & kindness!

Truly the best DB in the area. Always super quick, and I’ve noticed they’re way more consistent with their drinks as compared to other locations. Angel and Kai always make my mornings! They’re the sweetest. Top tier service from them always.

I love this Dutch Bros. I have been going here since they opened. I have tried the one in Sapulpa but I have always gotten the wrong order because the kids inside are too busy socializing instead of working. I will say that my best experiences at this Dutch Bros are always when Cheryl is working. She is incredibly sweet and always works hard. The best time to visit this Dutch Bros is early morning, from opening until about lunch.

Lastnite around 6:55 I went and ordered a medium golden eagle, I couldn’t remember if there were 2 or 3 shots in the medium and when I asked, the girl said “1 shot comes in a medium” so, I ordered 2 extra and then I asked for 3 separate shots of espresso in a small cup with a stopper. As I sat there, I thought 1 shot doesn’t sound right and so I looked it up and it is supposed to be 2, so I called in and said “hey, are you sure it’s not 2 already? I’m reading it is 2?” She said “NO! Its 1”
She then proceeded to bring me the drinks and then when she handed me the hot espresso shots- IT WAS IN A PLASTIC CUP WHICH HAD NO STOPPER AND MELTED IT THE CUP HOLDER ON THE WAY HOME.
Whoever is training these workers, DO BETTER.
Customers, know your drinks well too before they upcharge for no reason.

I get french vanilla lattes to see how good each coffee shop can make it. Dutch here in Sand springs is pretty good. But what I am impressed with is I came though there in the evening and I didn’t want coffee, but I don’t know what the stuff on the menu is, and I think Kai was her name, she told me what was her favorite and what’s what…and I the drink I got was delicious and refreshing. Good place for savory coffee or refreshing

Been coming here since it’s opening, their staff for the first year was great at keeping the lines moving with good service. In the last 6 months this shop has gone down hill tremendously with their new staff, 45 minute wait times for short drive thru lines, couple of the girls seem soulless (no facial expressions or anything), multiple wrong orders because they try to come out and memorize the order. It’s unfortunate, but not the end of the world.
