Today was my husband and I’s first time trying Dutch Bros. We went to the Dutch Bros on Antioch Rd in Kansas City. We were greeted by good music and a friendly gentleman named Aaron. He was polite and patient with us as we decided which drink would be best to try first. He gave us the wonderful recommendation of trying the Blended Fruit Punch with the sour candy straw and it did not disappoint. It was tasty, exciting and our new favorite beverage on the market! Although the drink was amazing, Aaron will be the reason why we will keep coming back! Thank you Aaron for being awesome and kind.

I always try to go to Dutch bros at least once a week because I work in social work and NEED the caffeine. Despite the sun itself sleeping still, the sun is up at Dutch, and it is in the workers’ attitudes, coffee making, and dedication to take orders despite the freezing cold, rain, or weirdly warm winter mornings.
Today, I went in the afternoon, yet was still recognized as a regular! I don even go very often, in my humble opinion, to be considered as such! But, I’m so sorry I forgot your name, the wonderful individual dressed in lovely pink with braids was absolutely wonderful, and her coworker who brought me the cup of elixir that is a Golden Eagle freeze was just as amazing. Whatever they’re getting paid is not enough for such wonderful service, and they definitely made my Valentine’s Day as I wanted a little treat since I’m single.
10/10, they will always have my service when I have the funds. The drinks are always scrumptious, even when I deviate from my usual.

AMAZING customer service. Like AMAZING. I am in town visiting family for Christmas (even though I am a KC Native) I was having a rough morning. I was feeling alittle depressed cause Christmas didn’t go quite like I wanted it to but when I got to Dutch Bros. their joy was so infectious. Like I had to tip them. A chick wearing with red hair and wearing a hoodie made the Iced banana cream latte that I ordered with extra banana and banana soft top. There is no flavor added at all! It is just milk, coffee, and regular soft top, she did add the jingle sprinks tho but it also has barely any soft top! I almost could not even see the soft top until I looked at it from the side! Sooo disappointing! i wasted almosy $8.00 on this terrible drink. If u do not know how to make iced coffee, you need to speak up and ask! I will always take a sip of the drink before leaving, and if it taste like this one I will request it be fixed. I just do not understand how u can forget to add banana on a banana cream iced latte! Do better, some peoples day relies on their coffee!

Haven’t purchased any food yet but you can’t beat the quality and array of drinks or the friendly and fast staff. Even when they are busy, everybody there is incredibly friendly and masters at moving the line along without skimping on customer service or quality of the beverage. Then you factor in the price and how much less expensive it is than the Starbucks across the street (or almost any coffee shop) and there is no reason to go anywhere else. Plus my dog absolutely LOVES their pup cups; within a few blocks he knows where we are headed and gets very excited!
