This place has some really good dishes! Like the sandwiches and the cornbread! But therefore some misses like the garlic bread and the ribs being a little bit too small. Nonetheless, this place has an amazing atmosphere and definitely stands out. While the service was a little slow, our waitress (pretty sure it was Kayla) was very nice! And we enjoyed the free ice cream bar!

Beautiful building. Excellent service. The smoked chicken was incredible. Hubby liked the brisket so much that he ordered a whole pound to take home. We had the salad bar, which was incredibly fresh. I HIGHLY recommend coming on Sunday because that is chicken noodle soup day. I know ot sounds weird to go to BBQ for soup, but trust me on this one.

Ribs were tough, meat did not pull from the bone easily. The chicken smelled like it had been cooked on a smoker, but meat had no taste, and also over cooked. Brisket was sliced paper thin, just bizarre, as most places cut brisket “Pencil” thickness. It had decent flavor, difficult to tell if it was tender or not due to being almost transparent. Pulled Pork saved the day, lol. Mustard sauce was a good pairing.
Sides, the beans were mushy, and had what looked like 2 day old brisket/rib chunks. Mac ‘n’ Cheese another Cisco buy. Why serve sides you wouldn’t eat in your own home? The cornbread was muffin like squares, that were brushed with butter when baked, and tasty.
I get Florida is not Texas. But this spot has a solid building/parking, and has been around for 25 years. Just expected more. To date we have tried every BBQ joint within an hour drive or so, and Briskets BBQ in Oviedo is the only place that has every meat spot on! Guess we will be making that drive for our “Q” fix.

We loved the BBQ here. Has sliced pork and baby back ribs, both were excellent. Server was super nice and the ice cream cone at the end was a very special touch. Will definitely go again, happy to find good BBQ place locally.

Overall “Ok”: The service was fantastic and Jennifer was very nice and informed me about the menu for my first time being there while kindly providing excellent service! I like to judge Barbque by their brisket and i was expecting it to be juicy and smoked but instead its just oven cooked thin sliced and super dry so not special and real dissapointing… the sides were good! nothing to blow your socks off but solid as sides. The salad bar with soup is 8 bucks IF you get like a pound of some barbeque or a whole chicken and its worth it! great salad, soup, and complimentary soft serve ice cream! just super dissapointed with the food itself. Looking around it may be better to get sandwiches or take advantge of the lunch specials from 11-4 instead…
edit: I was coping, the potato salad and baked beans are actually really bad. So far the worst BBQ ive had. But the salad bar and the salad bar pasta is good.

Fries were good and enjoyed the salad bar selection but the brisket was very underwhelming. If you like a good smoked brisket I would advise looking somewhere else. There was no bark or smoke ring and lacked flavor. There was also a lot of fat.
