The brewery was not that busy because we were there during a weekday. The guy that served us was really friendly and the atmosphere was good. The only bad part was that they didn’t have any food. There was a taco truck out back but it was not very good. The beer was pretty good. I got a quadruple ale named “The dump truck of the gods!” It was really strong which I like but I got a migraine afterwards! I felt like the dump truck ran me over! Just one glass. The beer was ok but not the best. The atmosphere was go up to the bar open a tab and start drinking. That’s it. I think that the place would make a killing if they just offered food to complement the beer.

This food truck is the only food available at Dust bowl brewing. The pulled pork is generous in size and flavor with a Cole slaw dressing and a side of crispy French fries. The taco are served in flavorful corn soft taco shells. The chicken is superb and the fish is just as awesome

Good beer but NOT a restaurant. We chose this place to go get a bite to eat and a beer but when we got there we realized it’s a beer garden with a taco truck in the back that’s ran independently from the brew house. This isn’t a ding on them or anything it’s just an odd kind of setup they have where their servers bring you drinks but the taco truck in the back you have to get up and go order food there separately. Which is fine just not normal or expected. Good beer tho.

EXCELLENT beers, service, food truck food. Over 20 beers on tap, lengthy IPA list. Many different IBU & ABV values, tropical, bitter, fruity, strong, session, everything. Tasters, flights, and different size beers on tap as well as growler fills and many canned beers to go. Great near Fisherman’s Wharf by the waterfront and cheap parking. On-site Wedo’s Food truck has GREAT tacos; I had the chicken and also the fish (the BEST) and some chicken nachos = all very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great beer and a great space to hang out w people or your dog! Inside bar and lounge are nice but the patio is also equally nice to enjoy the sunshine. There is a food truck serving some local fish tacos mmm! That pink drink was a huge hit! It’s like a strawberry margarita seltzer 11% and tasty! Everything was tasty!!

We first looked for a dog friendly brewery that allowed indoor seating and outside especially after it was raining. Workers were 10/10 the food was excellent and the workers here were very welcoming and accommodating. Not only that but our pup got so much love from staff and customers here. In my opinion all the beer we had was 10/10. Not one single beer was bad today. Will 100% be back with some friends that live all the way in the Bay Area.

Amazing selection of beer for both draft and cans to-go. Can purchases are for consumption off the premises only as stated on their signs. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. It’s really cool they transformed an historical train depot into a brewery, right by the ocean in Monterey, CA! They don’t serve food, but the food trucks at the outdoor patio was excellent. It was cold in the winter, so they were able to turn on the heating lamp by our table for us and kept us warm. They seem understaffed, so just wave someone down if you need to order more. However, they do come by often enough to ask for another order if your glass is empty or getting empty;.
