You can be the only person in the building and still have to wait 15+ minutes, because the baristas will be chatting with each other. Their coffee has definitely gotten more expensive over the years, on a specialty drink, you can easily get up to $12-$15 each. Overall, their drinks are still delicious! It just would be appreciated if the baristas were more professional.

From someone that came from out of town. I am so sad we do not have a Durango Joes where we live! From the food to the customer service it was all a 5/5. Their prices were good for the food and drinks (compared to popular brands like Starbucks and Dutch Bros). Our go too’s was the Mudslide, Hot chocolate, their breakfast sandwich and burritos. We waited no more than 5 minutes for our food and our drinks, which is faster than expected for most coffee places.
The inside of this location seemed cleanly. From their tables to their bathrooms, we had no issues!
I would highly recommend any out of town guests to try Durango joes for your breakfast and coffee needs! If you live by a location, I am jealous!

Hot coffee is delicious and staff is fast! I’m leaving four star because I originally ordered a large cold brew (which was super expensive) and tasted awful. Literally undrinkable. It tasted like if someone who never had coffee before manifested a cold brew based on the description of a coffee-hater.

Probably one of the worst coffee places I’ve ever been- very confused at to how anyone likes it ( but I guess people like Starbucks too……)
Pouring out my $8 coffee and crying cuz it’s so terrible!!! Next time I need a coffee in Durango I’ll just heat up a cup of water from the river – similar quality I’d say.

Very disappointed. Staff was friendly but white mochas we ordered were very underwhelming. We had couple sips and ended up throwing it away. Such a waste for expensive coffees.

Good service, great people, and an amazing recommendation. I usually don’t do warm apple, but this Apple Crisp drink hit the spot. A nice start to the drive back to Denver

Can’t say enough good about this local treasure. The staff was kind warm and helpful. Of course the coffee was great. Plenty of room to get the day started as well.

This might be the best Durango Joe’s location in town! The service staff are outstanding and extremely friendly. It’s a very nice location too; easy to get to from both of the major streets in town.

Used to live in Durango and came back recently. Durango Joes used to have these awesome breakfast burritos that were quality and hearty. Not anymore. The coffee is fine but basically a local version of Starbucks. The burritos are anemic and sad. I would recommend you cruise on over to Durango Coffee Company instead.

Beautiful, clean coffee shop. The staff is incredibly nice, and the bathrooms are immaculate. The only flaw is its very slow wifi internet. Overall though, I definitely would go back.
